In The Bean Time

This little delightful cafe has it all and always delivers up. The food is amazing and service impeccable. Whenever I’m visiting the island I always make sure to stop in and enjoy a nice meal at the Bean Time.

Great little café with healthy but hearty food. Staff is wonderful and it's always a great sign when it is consistently busy.

Quickly stopped by this place on our way to Vic! The coffee was tasty and the grilled panini was super nice too!

The food is good, coffee is great and the staff are nice. Busy little spot. We had a mix up with our order, the owner came out and gave us a gift card for the inconvenience, which was unexpected, but appreciated. I have since been back multiple times and it was great.

Delicious food, coffee is quite good. Friendly service even though we were there not long before closing and we never felt rushed. We luckily got out of there before they closed, but it was really nice we never felt like they were trying to rush us out of there. I know it must suck when people come in right before closing but they are just amazing there. Will return again and again. (Just try and be polite and come earlier in the day)

My goodness, this place is crazy on Saturday morning! The servers were working as hard as I've seen a crew work. It took awhile to get my coffee but it was totally understandable and the coffee was good when I got it. The food looks very good - how about offering some vegan treats?

Quaint little cafe that serves up a good meal, good lattes and fresh fruit smoothies. Service was excellent and we sat outside to soak up the sun on such a beautiful 'first day of fall' day.

One of the few places open on Sundays in Ladysmith! The food was delicious and the service was great!! I am glad we found this little gem! We sat in their patio section…so cute!

Had an excellent roast beef sandwich. It was a perfect size. Had a special coffee that was delicious and presented well. The prices were reasonable. The staff was friendly and quick. My friend had a veggie wrap that she did was great as well. Interesting artwork on the wall

I throughly enjoyed my first visit to this lovely coffee shop. My chai latte was great but my egg salad sandwich was AMAZING! Honestly the best egg salad sandwich I’ve ever had. It was paired with a yummy fresh garden salad as well. I will definitely be stopping here from now on when I’m traveling up island. Thank you!
