Absolutely amazing! 10/10 above and beyond care.
Neutered my puppy today the before after care was so much better than my expectations. All my issues were addressed, options and procedures explained in a profession yet relatable, comfortable atmosphere. Emails, quotes, possible issues, phone calls on how it went immediately after, home care, you name it they looked after it. So thorough and thoughtful. I have been to 4 different vets and they are hands down the best.

Everyone here is excellent, professional, wonderful and kind. Our dog Pickles was always very comfortable being here, although he did like to bark at the statue outside..!

I am delighted to share my experience with the Ladysmith Veterinary animal hospital that provided exceptional care to my son's dog Rossco for an ear infection. From the moment we walked into the hospital, we felt welcomed and reassured that our pet was in good hands.

The staff at the Ladysmith Animal hospital were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They listened attentively to our concerns and thoroughly explained the treatment options available for our pet. They took the time to answer all our questions and ensured that we were comfortable with the course of treatment.

The veterinary team was skilled and efficient, and they went above and beyond to provide the best care possible for our pet. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind knowing that our pet was in a safe and comfortable environment.

The follow-up care provided by the hospital was exceptional. The staff regularly checked on our pet's progress, and they were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had.

Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention . They truly went above and beyond to ensure that our pet received the best care possible. We would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for top-notch veterinary care for their beloved pet.

When people ask for veterinary recommendations, I always suggest Ladysmith Animal Hospital because of the great care they show my border collie x who is diabetic.

We also had a border collie that never needed their services (only met her at drop off of our other) as we knew that at 13 years 7 months, besides a growth/tumor that would eventually cause her pain, she was happy. When the time came that our girl was in pain, it was outside of the hospital hours and we took her elsewhere to put her down.

The compassion they showed us when our other girl needed something to help with her mourning was amazing then today we received a sympathy card for the loss.

If you want a caring and compassionate Vet and staff, this is the place to take your first baby.

I am an adopted 1-yr dog and had my first visit to a vet for a examination and vaccinations since I was a baby. I was a little nervous as was my new caregiver. But thanks to Vet and her staff, it was pleasant experience.

This animal hospital has been a God-send for my family and our cat. They are really devoted to their patients to the point of staying open late to help my cat and then barely charging us for the visit. The receptionists are really kind and helpful and it's a relief to be able to call and have someone answer right away. Truly the best vet in the area. Really love animals and it shows. We tried another vet in the area when we first moved here and they acted like it was a chore just to look at our pets. This animal hospital is full of kind and compassionate animal lovers and we are very happy to bring our dogs and cats here.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. She even gave me some tips and suggestions. I was 15min early and they took me in right away and took great care of my pup! My mom has been coming here for years with her dogs and no complaints yet.

My daughters pup caught kennel cough and no vet in duncan would answer there phone in 2 hours except one that had no openings. Ladysmith fit her in and accomidated her reactive pitty safe and sound in one of their rooms. This dog is usually very nervous but the doctor made him feel at ease. He left a happy camper and us happy cutomers. Great friendly staff. I will be switching to Ladysmith vet when im in need of one. Thank you all!

We have been taking our dog Rascal to the Ladysmith Animal Hospital for the last 18 months, and they have always been very friendly, helpful, and have provided excellent care. For the past 6 months they have been treating a tumour, so we are normally there every week or two and we're extremely happy with the care that they provide.

Best Veterinarian in town! Dr. C.Jerome is fabulous, patient, caring and loves what he does. It's the only Vet Hospital where I take my dogs and they don't shake! The girls are wonderful as well!

Incredible service. I'm here going to school with my dog. My dog had an infection and I took it to VCA and a vet helped me with in mins. Cost was excellent. Thank you again

Both our dogs had their teeth cleaned. They were well taken care of. No work was done without notifying us. The vet spent the time to review one of the x-rays because she had a broken tooth.

Wow, what an amazing experience! Dr.Jerome was outstanding in treating my pet rat Diablo. I seriously cannot get over how positive this experience was, considering Diablo being ill.
The receptionists were so gentle, kind, caring, and personable. Dr.Jerome was so gentle with Diablo, handled him so kindly, and was so professional. He explained everything very clearly, and reasonings behind it.
If I ever need to see a Veterinarian, this is who I will be going to. In a heart beat.
