Tim Hortons

Did not disappoint.
Got our drinks in a short amount of time.

The coffee is good, staff needs more training to be efficient and accurate,
Wendy's chicken roll was surely a disaster, very dry and un appetizing, staff delivered wrong order and had to wait another 10 minutes to get it right.

Everything was nice except that being too busy , the grilled cheese was not grilled properly , cheese dint melt inside the bread , my regular coffee had some black residue , don't k own what it was , as grains of tea from a tea bag .. dint expect this from tim hortons , staff was courteous , prompt and on Their toes.. I dint complaint to them , hope going forward the kids working there are trained well before putting them on floor .

We got a 50 of Timbits in the afternoon and they were very fresh, and had basically every single flavour.

It was very busy but service was still pretty fast.

Last Sat Aug 1 2020, I stopped by this Tim location for my family to rest and eat something. This shop was busy all the time with people lining up outside. There was a lady employee named Vicky (, she came out to the door quite often to help with the line up and address what the customers need (food? drink? washroom?...) Cheerful and helpful that's who she is. Thanks Vicky for your great service.

Very clean place with a prime spot on the Highway. Fast & friendly service. They have all flavors of Tim bits and smoothies ...😁...my two boys were extra delighted. One of the staff talked to my boy while on her break making suggestions to him...she was full of positivity...talking about going above & beyond.

Empty inside, drive thru reasonable. Bathrooms tolerable, but not great.

Every Timmies is the same. Same menu same style. The coffee is good and the pastries are decent. Prices are reasonable. Most people like it for what it is, an iconic piece of Canadiana. Every city and town has a Tim Hortons.

Our experience was so awesome when Astrid helped us at the drive thru and got so excited to say You won a free coffee! We all laughed and shared a smile. Thanks Astrid for going above and beyond to make our visit special. Beautiful smile from a bubbly professional!

I was amazed how organized everyone was considering there where two bus loads of kids that came in and each ordered something.

Some of these low ratings I’m seeing are very unfair. Regardless, I didn’t think they made Tim’s & Wendy’s combined locations any more, so I was surprised to see there were still a few here & there. I found the staff to be pleasant & helpful and the food was good. Convenient location for anybody needing a Tim’s coffee or a Wendy’s 1/4 pound combo!

This Tim Hortons is one of those those that is linked to Wendy's and in a perfect spot for those travelling Hwy 2, situated on Gasoline Alley. Being linked with Wendy's, gives a great option for all the family, unfortunately the washrooms just don't seem big enough to cater for the traffic using both outlets. Although the staff are very busy, the quality doesn't get left behind. Ample parking to the front, back and both sides and there is parking on the road for trucks, motor homes, those pulling travel trailers, etc.

Elizabeth (working at 10pm on Monday June 10) was hands down the greatest customer service rep I have ever come into contact with at a Tim's. She provided honest feedback on the freshness of the tidbits and even custom made a sandwich (and it was AMAZING). I'd be tempted to call ahead to make sure Elizabeth is working the next time we roll through Red Deer!!!

This is a good Tim Hortons with a good parking area, clean washrooms and a big sitting space. Drive through is quick and very efficient. Staff members are nice and polite.

Sarah at the the thru window was fantastic this morning! It's always amazing when someone goes that extra mile to get a smile, especially since the drive thru window is timed. Thanks for making my morning better Sarah!

They gave me a cold hash brown at first but gave me a hot one no questions asked. A staff member was cleaning the entire washroom including walls when I was there so overall very good and clean place to eat.
