Christopher is the best customer service representative that has ever helped me anywhere. He is so positive, professional, kind and genuinely helpful. Provided suggestions and looked into things for me. He deserves the world and a raise !!

Karen and Matt gave me an hour of time and patience while I sorted out a giant stack of resumes. Formatting in the document broke, we had to troubleshoot it a half dozen ways- and they were quite fair on the cost of the paper for it all. They made an otherwise stressful process so smooth! I meant to write this almost two months ago, sorry guys! I promised I'd do this sooner.

This is great for people who want to try/compare variety pen and looking for right one for their use. But feel like its not a new pen. It will be nice if we can try only tester pens or leave there only few, then we can try and grab whatever i like with 100% new conditions.

Absolutely incredible customer service! I went to get a sign printed for my engagement party and I accidentally gave them the wrong image to print. I went back the next day and explained the situation. They reprinted the correct image for me at no extra charge and made sure it was exactly how I wanted it!

All of the staff at this staples store are awesome. They do their absolute best to assist when able and try to be as informed as possible. Jim, Christopher, Jeffery, and everyone there have made deciding on my computer the correct and best choice. No pressure, and were even encouraging me to return the device if I wasn't happy.

Excellent service, really quick internet and worth the price. You can be in and out for 1.50 cents if you are prepared with the pages you want to visit. I just wish they were more in town.

Tech staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They don't tell you what you want. They answer your questions.

A favorite store for many items, both technological and office related. We have always found the staff helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Kudos to David in the copy department for fast, efficient service in getting photos done for government requirements.

Staff was so helpful, and friendly. Went the extra mile for me today, I needed to return something for my husband and the receipt was dated over 30 days (my bad, I hadn’t been back to Red Deer) and they made an exception for me. Truly appreciated it.

Much different than the one in Parkland mall. Although, it does seem that Staples runs on limited staff. The cashier was friendly and outgoing.

I visited the Staples store today to get some business cards designed and printed and David helped me tremendously, he is such a pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable guy, he not only helped me design the business cards but also managed somehow to print new copies of an old spoiled card by using lots of screens to erase creases and pen marks making it look brand new again.
I’ve never had a complaint with staff at this store, they are all fantastic but David goes above and beyond for his customers and it is clear that he enjoys his chosen profession.
Highly recommend David for all your printing needs as he’s the best.
