Great service and prompt check in and drop off along with a clean and well looked after rental car. Cedric was friendly and knowledgeable and it was an overall excellent experience dealing with him. I will definitely go back again, without hesitation, the next time I need a rental.

The 24 ft truck was in great condition that my friend rented. The powered raise ramp made it easier for loading and unloading bigger pieces of furniture.

This was my first time needing to rent a car and let me just say that the stuff at Bristol car and truck rental was amazing. They got me the truck I needed and made sure it was clean both on the inside and the outside.
Made sure to work with my time frame of need pick up and drop off.
Even gave me a call to make sure everything was going good
If I need to rent a car or truck again I would come right back there for one
There car a new and good models so you feel like you don't even miss what you had.
The only part I didn't like was having to give back the sweet road they let me rent.

All I can say is, wow! My boyfriend and I broke down just outside of Orangeville just before 4pm on a Friday. Everyone closes at 5 in Orangeville.

Not only was the mechanic at Advanced Auto Electric amazing but Curtis, the manager at Bristol, went above and beyond! This amazing human went and picked up my bf and our giant dog on the side of the road, having stayed late, just for us, while I went with the tow truck.
