Consistently great food and service! Every time we have gone here for dinner (I think this was our fourth time), the food has been prepared beautifully, the flavours paired nicely, the service polite and attentive, and the portions and prices impressive. I can honestly say that some of my favorite dishes I have ever had in Winnipeg have been at The Blue Marble. The atmosphere is very nice and calm, and I enjoyed the choice of music playing over the speaker while we dined, so that's a bonus. I will be thinking of that dessert for a long time: Banana bread french toast with apple cinnamon ice cream...mmmm! We will definitely be back.

Well this was an unexpected surprise! For those who want good food with exceptional flavor pairings and a vast & well-stocked wine room -- this is the place for you. Will be coming back many more times, I would recommend you do the same. Pricey but worth every cent. Thanks Brett for taking the time to talk wine with me, and Chris for the fast service.

I stopped in to have a bite during an overnight layover while staying at a nearby hotel. It was a bit confusing whether or not I could seat myself, but the bartender came up and greeted me within a couple mins. The burger was spectacular and the fries were just right, i have another layover and will be coming back for it again! I had to ask for the bill but it was clear they were very busy so I didn't mind. They only had two people for a whole bar and 20+ tables...

Great selection of beer wine and spirits. If you’re staying at the airport hotel, it’s nice to have this as good option. Staff are really friendly and attentive.

One of the best restaurants in Winnipeg you can't beat the seasoning and the flavors the menu as well thought-out and very reasonable makes for truly unbelievable dining experience we can't wait to go back it puts other high-end restaurants in Winnipeg to shame with the quality and the presentation of the food

Small plate of Stuffed chicken was the perfect amount for us and delish and the burger was tasty. Blue Marble always has a fantastic wine list which is appreciated and it’s usually quiet but don’t let that fool you. It’s a great place to stop, even if not travelling.

Ate lunch here recently and was really happy with my meal and service. I think this is a really good option for a good meal on the airport campus and is only a short walk from the terminal. I'll look to trying to go back the next time I'm looking for food in the area.

Congratulations Blue Marble on your recent Master Piece "Lobster Poutine" for Poutine week. It's made with real lobster tail, and a lobster bisque sauce. When I say lobster tail, I mean bite sized pieces of real 🦞. Not like other pieces that advertise lobster meals and it's just lobster flavoring. This is the real deal, so good. And for dessert Creme Brulee. Excellent job 👏 👍

We decided to eat here last night, honestly the food was amazing. The service was fantastic. Everything we ordered was SO good. If you're staying at the airport and need a nice meal. This is the place.

Good place to have lunch/dinner if you have a layover at the Winnipeg airport. Place is well laid out and has a lounge and dinner hall section. Food menu is well stocked and anything I have tried over many trips has been delicious and of good quality. Service is also generally friendly and fast. I would definitely recommend.

Decently priced and very good food. Service was good. The nice thing about this place is the wide variety of selection in the menu. Come early before your flight or make time once you land and enjoy some surely satisfying food!

Here on business in Winnepeg Canada for 3rd time this summer. Great food, atmosphere. I like the beef spare rib and duck leg with Guinness nitro can or a good IPA on tap. Airport hotel restaurant sure, but I don’t feel I need to justify, explain or defend eating there. I still bounce around Winnepeg with workmates but this is my favorite while I’m here.

I honestly cannot believe this place is not packed every night. The food is fantastic and creative and the service is wonderful. I'm trying to think of a better restaurant I've been to in Winnipeg and I really can't.

Ate here on my first trip to Winnipeg while waiting for another passenger to arrive. The server was fantastic and so was the food. The bison was absolutely delicious, juicy and tender. The small plates were a much bigger portion size than expected so were great as an actual meal.

The Calamari was really good, we shared a burger and it was delicious, a great mustard on the bun. Fries were also tasty.

We often overnight at the Grand Hotel before a morning flight. Dining at the Blue Marble gets our vacation off to a perfect start!! The staff are very welcoming and the menu items satisfy our cravings. The lamb pizza is a favorite. Wrap up what u can't finish and enjoy on your flight!

I've been there 3 times now. Everything I've tried from the minute is delicious. The staff are friendly and great at helping me decide what to order. This will be my routine dinner place when I'm traveling through for work.

I love the duck confit. And Ryan's Cayman Island Beach vibes cocktail. Mmm.
