Went there to get a fridge. Brian in the appliance section was just amazing. He helped me locate the one I was looking for. Literally the best customer service I recieved in a very long time in any of the stores. I ended up buying two instead of one. He even got a cart to load them in and brought them out for me and loaded them in my vehicle (which I really appreciate because honestly I would have struggles to put them in by myself). Thanks a lot Brian!!!! I hope he gets recognized by the management for his kindness and professionalism. Would definitely keep coming back to Lowe's.

Great staff! Refreshing to get great service. I was in electrical department and both gentlemen were very helpful. Your scan codes to win $1000 that are given out by Marlene are expired though.

Jose at customer service went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We had purchased a set of hand tools and the reciprocating saw did not work. She was able to replace just the saw for us and made our visit quick and easy.

I went in to purchase an appliance. Rebecca went out of her way to find the right associate to help with the process, as well as locating stock in the warehouse. Overall, the process was very smooth and I paid up and on my way in no time.

Awesome customer service and great hours of operation. You can actually find some one to help you and answer your questions. The store is always clean, organized and bright. Great deals on home improvement items. Love the Garden Center in the summer. Also an Air Miles store. You can order online and pick in store or have some items delivered.

Kennedy (the department manager at this location) is an absolute gem! I spoke with her about arranging shipping for a clearance item because it is sold out everywhere in Ontario. She got back to me the same day after communicating with her team and made it happen for me! She even said she’d call this week to update me when it has shipped. She goes above and beyond and it was such a pleasant experience because of her. I’m so grateful to have communicated with someone who really cares about me as a customer; someone who really wants to help out customers and make them feel valued. She deserves all the bonuses!!! She’s made a loyal lowes customer for life :)

Went to Lowe's on Marcus Drive in Sudbury Ontario on July 22 or 23rd to purchase a 6' x 8' fence and a couple of 2"x4"'s. The young man who served us ( Carter Hart was his name, great young man) was VERY helpful and courteous. Fantastic service and products. Was delivered on the day specified and first thing in the morning by 2 young gentleman who were also very polite, helpful and professional. These employees made our experience with Lowe's a very pleasant and satisfied one. Keep hiring people like these, they really represent your company in a fantastic way.
