Ok this place is amazing. It was so nice. We were craving a healthy breakfast and this place was better then we could’ve expected!

So many great healthy options. Super cute vibe. Employees were all so caring and lovely. Great customer service. And the price was way cheaper then I expected for such good quality and service! Thanks so much for giving us a great start to the day.

Prepare to have the best Coffee and sandwiches in Sudbury. Nourish never disappoints. I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff are always very friendly ,and helpful ,and the food is top quality.

DELICIOUS SALMON LoX on bagel. The best! Had it delivered on time too! Thanks. Smoked Salmon Lox Sandwich. Open-faced artisan everything bagel toasted and topped with cream cheese. Worth it!

I love Nourish! Ever since I discovered this cute and cosy hideaway coffee spot last Winter, I’ve been a returning customer. It’s perfect for studying, dates, and even has a consignment shop with tea, selfcare items, and candles :) Also, I’m lactose intolerant literally and metaphorically (After those food documentaries…) buttt something compelled me to try the triple cheese garlic butter sandwich the other week and TRUST ME I have never and will never have a better grilled cheese sandwich in my life. So. Worth. It. I also love the Brie sandwich + frequently buy from their healthy grab n go options during school lunch. Top fav drinks: Mango Matcha, Iced coffee with caramel, and the ice shaken expresso :) Their baked goods are also heavenly, especially when fresh! Overall, I recommend this place to everyone, especially people who enjoy a calm, friendly + hideaway kind of atmosphere and good food + drinks!

Temp: It was quite hot when we arrived 1st thing at opening in the morning - not sure if we were just too early for climate control to take effect or not, though.

Nourish is a must try in the downtown area of your looking for a nice cafe/breakfast/lunch spot.

It was my first time at Nourish and I loved everything about it. Avocado toast and dill pickle grilled cheese was amazing. We had the chai latte and Nutella hot chocolate, so yummy. Atmosphere it super cozy, natural vibes. Can’t wait to go back next visit to Sudbury!

Super cute little spot with a really “chill” vibe. Ladies behind the counter were lovely, good music and love the variety of things for sale. My cold espresso drink was recommended by the woman working and it was delicious, I had the spicy pickle sandwich and it was also amazing. A couple of days later I went back for their banoffee smoothie bowl and I loved that too. This will for sure be a go-to spot for me when I am in Sudbury for work.

So glad I finally went here! The spin dip pressed sandwich was one of the best grilled sandwiches I’ve had. Will definitely be back.

Ordered Nourish on Uber and finallyyyyy a good cafe in Sudbury that cares about the food. The pastrami sandwiches were excellent, and not soggy or greasy at all. Everything was fresh and put together nicely. Definitely not rushed and thrown together.

Amazing drinks had a matcha coconut latte today so delicious. Best baking the avocado brownies and banana bread are the best. Love the healthy creative soup options. Can't wait to try more. 🥣☕🍵🍫

Nourish or skipthedishes messed up my neighbour's order and she doesn't eat meat so she gave me the order. I didn't know about this place before this.

The chicken bacon garpar grilly was top notch.
