I needed a new hot water tank, and they were one of the dealers of the brand I had. The fellow I spoke with said he wasn't sure he had a tech free, and suggested that I call around, since my need was urgent.

He freely gave me a recommendation for a competitor, which was much appreciated. That made me feel as though he had my interests at heart, instead of trying to make a buck at my expense.

I thought that spoke of integrity and customer oriented priorities.

Quality work, great customer service. My kitchen sink was leaking, and my washer standpipe was blocked, so I called Parsons. The plumber was out the next day, and showed me that my 50-year-old drain system was beginning to disintegrate. He installed new drain and parts, and put me in contact with someone to help me with the standpipe (who also turned out to be great). The bill was extremely fair, and they even called back to help me with questions I had about the work. Will definitely be calling them for my plumbing needs from now on!

I thought we should record our thanks for exceptional service, something I rarely do. Our hot water heater quit on the coldest December in 25 years, and Parsons were booked for days ahead on emergencies. The office phoned Bill, who was out and about, and he rang us within five minutes. We went down to the basement and he talked us through resetting it. Hot water was restored in an hour. Thanks to all at Parsons.

We have had multiple experiences with Parsons (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and have never been disappointed. We have done everything from major kitchen/bath renovations to smaller jobs. We have found the employees at the office very friendly and helpful, as well as those that have come to our home. We plan to continue using Parsons, without hesitation, for our future electrical, plumbing and HVAC needs.

Parsons is the BEST! They troubleshooted a boiler for us that another company had condemned. Parsons discovered the boiler was perfectly repairable and saved us thousands of dollars!! Hard to trust some companies but Parsons has our trust forsure. They are also kind, prompt and easy to deal with.
