Ramada by Wyndham Cold Lake

Stayed there over the Canada Day long weekend. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff, especially Alex at the front desk, are top notch. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of options. We had our black lab with us and even though there were numerous other dogs in the hotel, we never heard any of them. After talking to the locals, they said the Ramada was the best of those close to the Air Base. We will definitely book there again in the fall when we are back in Cold Lake. My bath was missing a plug, and the front desk attendant Dusty tracked one down for me and brought it to my room. Thank you!

Our stay was amazing. Staff was really Nice, room is amazingly clean. A/C working fine (thank god). And our breakfast bags (covid-19 upgrade) had sweet little motivational speeches on them. It's a kind and thoughtful thing to do.

It is perfect, as long as you don't care about the view.

Would definitely recommend.

Way better than the standard "3-Stars" in Calgary and Edmonton! Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Great location as you enter the city from the south or west.

No pool or HTub, but everything else made up for that.

Next time i travel here ill booking here, because of proximity, staff and amenities.

I have been to different hotels and been a member of at least 5 hotel chains. Until my agent book me to Ramada. It was a remarkable experience. Room is huge,clean and pleasant. During our stay, the front desk staffs and the manager in charge is so helpful, smiley and accommodating to get our check in done quickly. This hotel is place where you feel home away from home, awesome breakfast and I am willing to recommend.

At least 1 maybe 2 additional stars are missing. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is convenient and quiet. Great place to stay in CL.

Stayed here for a family reunion, my boyfriend and i have no complaints at all. Price was very good for comfortable beds and quiet rooms, everything is nice and modern, all amenities you could need. Lots of restaurants close by, and you are close to the Walmart and Tim Hortons. Breakfast was OK, i have had better at other hotels, but i was overall happy with it, make your own waffles was pretty tasty. Service was great, staff are friendly and welcoming. We booked through hotels.ca and got a fantastic deal on the room, it made it very competitive to the other motels in the town, but i assume a lot nicer. There is a small hot tub, but it was out of order during our visit which was extremely disappointing. I would revisit, and we recommended our in laws to stay at this hotel while they were in town and they had a good experience as well.

Excellent self contained room with fully equipped Kitchenette. You don't need to use it for breakfast as this is provided. Nice little fitness room, hot tub, laundry & more. No pets allowed just in case you need to know.

For my first time working out of town, it felt like home away from home, The Staff are all extremely exemplary, willing to go above and beyond not just for myself but for the other guests I observed them interacting with, decent little breakfast in the mornings so you don't have to make an extra stop or wait in the drive thru, and a small but good fitness room to get a quick workout in before or after work, If you're heading to Cold Lake for work or leisure, be sure to book a room here

Everything is just perfect from the entrance door to the room. The costumer service is far excellent, the manager and staffs were polite and helpful. Ambiance is very good, quiet, and our room was huge and very clean.

Good hotel right, but the breakfast is a treasure of its own I'm talking bacon, perogies, Whats This WAfflemaker! BAM! freshen up with some coffee mate and cracker barrel cheese and wash it down with....water? OK no juice that's lame but eh. Seriously though 5 stars!

Friendly staff.. Josh is very cheerful at the front desk and also at the dining area! Our bedroom looks great, clean and neat.😊 the hot breakfast is a plus!👌

This hotel maintains a high standard of customer service. We always stay here when we are in Cold Lake. The staff here is very friendly and they do their best to accommodate your requests.

A very nice hotel. Excellent location, accommodating staff and helpful staff. Sumptuous breakfast with variety of choices. Highly recommended if you want to stay in Cold Lake. Will comeback on my next visit.

Great hotel, comfy bed and quiet large rooms with kitchenette. Close to restaurants and walmart. Fantastic staff. Will stay here again when visit.
