Dr. Gall cured my ear which was in a terrible condition for a long time, he knew that there were no good antifungal drugs on the market and wrote a recipe for making it in a pharmacy, and checked my ear until he was convinced that the disease will not back.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gall's for many years for my ear problems and have always found him to be both courteous and excellent in his diagnoses and treatment of my hearing problems. His office staff, particularly Heather, have similarly always been both polite and highly efficient in their patient care duties.
My 5 star rating is well deserved in all respects and I highly recommend him and his staff to others who may be seeking the services he offers.

Dr. Barker is one of the best. He is patient, knowledgeable and very understanding. I had nasal surgery and was quite nervous about the procedure. Dr. Barker made sure that I understood every step of the procedure, addressed all my concerns and answered my questions in a way that was thorough, direct and understandable for a lay-person. The surgery had a dramatic effect on my life (I sleep better, my breathing is better and I no longer suffer from daily headaches). If you need an ENT doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Barker.

Dr. Chen was so friendly. She was professional, I didn't feel brushed off or rushed and she made me feel like I can get somewhere with my allergies. Her receptionist was also lovely. Looking forward to future visits.

Dr. Chan is great but her receptionist is fantastic as well. I was late for my appointment and they completely understood and told me to get there as soon as I could and I would be fit in. Much appreciated

Wait time for mid afternoon was surprisingly short. I have ear issues to check out got a quick hearing test. Now just waiting for my next appointment.

Just had a phone call appointment with Dr Garber. The guy gave me 5 minutes before cutting me off and saying he had to go, good luck.

He couldn't have seemed more uninterested in my concerns. This is what Canadian healthcare buys us? What a joke.

Doctor T was great but reception is terrible!! Never answer the phone (4 different occasions w/in their operating hours) and I had always end up having to send an email. Then they will call back rather than email when i am at work (which ive indicated via email)

This is in regards Dr. Veronica Wong. I never seen a more rude doctor ever before. Ignorant dum$ woman! Doesn't listen to patients and only accepts certain questions and refuses to answer other questions. Her receptionist isn't any smarter, other doctors test were sent to her 3 weeks prior and she was arguing that they didn't and after a while she found it on her computer. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO USE THIS DOCTOR!!
Do not waste your time and money, she is a disrespectful thing, I'm really mad that things like that happen in Canada!!

While I don’t have a specific issue with Dr Garber, I feel the need to share my extremely off putting experience over the past year, leading up to and post surgery with his receptionist Adriahna.

To start, she never answers the phone, nor does she return voicemails in a timely manner. Her voicemail says to not leave a 2nd message and to give her 48-72 hours to return your call. Throughout my experience over the last year it has taken her approximately 3 weeks each time to return my voicemails.
When she finally does return calls, she has a bad attitude, is always rude and has been dishonest with me on several occasions! From day one of being referred to Dr Garber by another Dr in this office, I have had nothing but issues communicating with Adriahna. She does not seem to be capable of completing simple tasks and has an excuse for everything! Whether it be she was ‘on vacation’ or ‘the office didn’t have stamps to mail requested documents’ or 'the phone lines don't work'

If I were made aware of the type of person I would be dealing with prior to seeing this doctor, I would have requested to be referred to someone else. I discussed the communication issues with Dr Garber and he let me know that he would be having a conversation and admitted that they dropped the ball on scheduling my surgery. At that point I felt better that he understood the problem and he told me to call his assistant at HSC to schedule my surgery date, which I did. Moving forward, nothing changed with Adriahna, besides her doing even less of her job and having a worse attitude with me.

Post surgery I was told to call the Dr’s office on Monday to schedule an appointment to have my staples removed. Adriahna did not answer the phone, nor return my calls for 17 days! Again, I had to schedule my post op appointment through HSC and when I arrived at the office for my appointment, Adriahna told me that I did not have one scheduled. (she also told this to the next patient who came in)

There is very clearly a problem here that needs to be rectified. Patients should not have to jump through hoops for simple things like scheduling appointments. Nor should any patient be treated so rudely by a receptionist. This girl should not have any control over patient’s appointments especially when it comes to booking surgeries as she is either untrained, incompetent or both.

Ultimately this reflects poorly on the Dr.
Patient’s care should be number 1 and a moody, inept receptionist should not affect this.

Dr. Esmail is impatient and unprofessional. I waited for him to come in the room for around 10-15 minutes. When he came, he asked me a few questions and let me go after 5 minutes. He was standing throughout the entire 5 minutes while he was speaking to me. It seemed like as if I was an inconvenience to him and he wanted to leave rather than listening to my concerns. He gave me a diagnosis within those 5 minutes. The diagnosis that he gave me was different from the other diagnosis that I have gotten from 2 other doctors. I knew at that moment that his diagnosis was wrong and he didn’t know what he was talking about. He gave me a diagnosis without putting me through an allergy test or a CT scan. I definitely will not be coming back to him. He clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing.

And also,

Both the receptionists for Dr. Esmail and Dr. Barker are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. I called a few days before my appointment to confirm the date and time and when I showed up for the appointment they told me during confirming, I was told that my appointment was at a later date and not on the date that I showed up. The receptionist did not apologize for her mistake and just told me to show up for the later date.

It’s really unfortunate that they have receptionists working who do not care about patients time and think their health and patience is a joke.
