Dr. Silhova is a kind and caring doctor. Every appointment has been great and informative. Yes the parking and getting through over the phone can be tough but it's worth the wait.

Never seen such good services at any other hospital

I have been to worse clinics, they just need to let patients know upon arrival that the doctor is behind schedule. You can wait up to 30 mins the waiting room at times which is understandable when heavily booked they just need to mention it, that’s all.

Parking is a joke. Security is there to make sure you don't park in the lot pretty much because almost every unmarked stall is reserved. It's a massive building with a into lot that forces you to park half a km away sometimes. Rough for older people or anyone who has difficulty walking as it's a street with no sidewalk. I missed my doctor's old location . Phones are a huge issue there too. Constantly can't get through to anyone

My family physician recently moved here and I’m not a big fan. The waiting room is crowded and seating is uncomfortable. The parking lot is a train wreck and I often have to wait or park on the street somewhere. The receptionists are hard to understand on the phone and can be rude at times. Appointments are often late. Been a patient of my doctor for 25 years and he’s great. Will continue to come here just for my family doctor.

Wonderful, hard-working, empathetic doctors, marred by abysmal parking and claustrophobic working conditions.

I have been trying to get my prescription refilled for the past 3 days. I have called my pharmacy to request a refill from my doctor and the pharmacy has not received anything. I called the doctors office and they have not received anything either. Again I called the pharmacy to send another request. Once again I called the doctors office and the receptionist had told me that they still have not received anything. I called the pharmacy again and they informed me that they have sent 5 requests for a prescription refilled to no avail. I asked them to manually send a request as I am out of my medication now entirely. I have to find a new doctor as this continually occurs with the receptionists. The doctor is great, it's just an extremely poorly organized clinic.

Never any parking here, uncomfortable & crowded waiting room, busy all the time, appointments run late, they don't answer the phone or if they do, its just to say "please hold" and then proceed to keep you on hold forever. If you go to the doctor more than once a year I'd strongly encourage you to choose another clinic.

Doctor calls out of no where with no notice, tells me test results over the phone but couldn’t hear him from thick accent. Proceeds to cancel my upcoming appointment. Then when I tell the office i no longer wish to proceed with this doctor from these events. He then gets completely defensive and refuses to give me the test results. Which is illegal.

Absolute joke of a place! Find a doctor anywhere else! Get a call from the receptionist to book an appt for results of an MRI made the appt show up 20min before my appt so after waiting over an hour finally get in just to be told they don’t have them?!? Really??! Made me wait an hour to still not get an answer unreal! Will never come back to this place!!!

I like Dr.Silhova but the receptionists are absolutely terrible. I called in to book an appointment and then they didn't book it. I came in and then they said it wasn't booked. This is extremely frustrating and a waste of my time. I would recommend finding a doctor somewhere else.

Don’t go to this place… the apparent man who owns it is a complete racist. He is rude and disrespectful.

Poor service. Can't get through on the phone. Things not sent when supposed to . Very upsetting
