Gilmour Plumbing is awesome. Lane and Jessie zipped right over in one of the trucks and changed my hot water tank. They were knowledgeable and super friendly. Thank you Dean for sending such good plumbers.

Knowledgeable, experienced & professional staff. Owner & management are very charitable & dedicated to local the community on many fronts.

Worst customer service ever, I called MANY times for a gas fitter to inspect my fireplace insert that they put in at my new residence and it took one year for the appointment to happen. I also called for a quote on an annual service on both my insert and on my hot water on demand. It's been over a month and no response. This is a service they provide and they can't be bothered to return calls, ignorant. I'm not sure how they continue to stay in business. I'll be taking my business elsewhere since it's not a warranty issue.

Great service on install with fair price, but they have zero intention on honouring the product warranty.

We first called July 27th and would be told that Dean would call back tomorrow if not today.
July 28th no call
July 29/30 we call them, leave voicemails and get no answers.
Aug 4th: we call and get Dean, he says sorry he’s busy. Says the part should be under warranty and he’ll call back tomorrow to book an appointment for following week.
Aug 5 till 26th, 4 + voicemails left to get hold of anyone. Ether get no call back or get Rachelle that says she’ll get Dean to call back that day or next day.

Aug 27th. Get hold of Rachelle, she informs me that their main gas guy is going on two weeks vacation and more then likely he’ll have to get us done when he’s back.

At this point, I called the builder for our house. She got us in contact with another company that will be here Monday.

Gilmour May be great for install, but lacks any level of customer follow up service.

Called to inquire about changing out BBQ hook-up from single to dual connection. Receptionist took my number stating Dean would call me back. Never heard back from him. Called back later to be told they (and Dean) are really busy and I should try to emailing my request in. Clearly a company that doesn't care about customer service.
