Just had Ric from the Lock Doctors by to fix our front door deadbolt which had come unattached. Turns out the previous company who installed it (and it took them two visits to get it working right), used the wrong length of screws. He came at the front end of the projected time window and did the repair expertly. I am pleased and impressed with his fast friendly work.

Phoned on a Saturday of a long weekend. Imagine my surprise when I learned that someone would be at my home in an hour. And he arrived early! No extra weekend charge and the issue was resolved by Nick in a professional and friendly manner.

After going to 5 other places, I was able to get a copy the metal.key part for my SUV !
It did not work first , but the man told me to try it as it was an unusual.key before I leave. He fixed it . Good for them to be open on Saturday. Also I had an other 3 simple old appartment keys done; Hardware store don t have in near DT, can tire 2 did not work. All 3 worked whenade at The Lock Doctor.

Lock Doctor provides excellent service. They replaced deadbolts, door lever, and even hinges, efficiently, quickly and with great results. My doors are smooth to unlock and now glide open. Great work!

Two night locks in our home were difficult to open with the key. I figured that I would need to purchase new locks. The Lock Doctor was able to re-key the existing locks and also discovered that two keys were worn. The repair was lower cost than I anticipated and the work was done in 1/2 hour. Thank you !
