Everyone on the team made my experience very smooth. The sales team was very knowledgeable. No pressure at all during the entire experience. The sales team was focused on answering all of our questions about pricing, maintenance package, financing, why such and such adds money to our budget, whether or not it's worth it in the long run, and so on. Two test-drive with Charles and Kate were amazing! No pressure, just enjoy the ride! We decided to buy a pre-owned car, Stephanie did her magic, and our financing was approved. Mechanics did their magic, and every minor tweak was fixed on time as promised. the key guy got us a great deal with his supervisor, gave us the keys, handshakes, a plate number stuck in the back window, then we drove it home! You could feel like it was an entire team working together like a well-oiled engine. It was a great place to buy our first family car in Canada! I definitely recommend it.

It was just my luck to walk into Vaudreuil Volkswagen and meet Sales Consultant, Katelyn (Kate) Crosby. She is by far the best Sales Consultant I have ever dealt with when purchasing a car. She not only knows her product, she makes sure every request is answered and met. She is quick to reply either by text, email or cell. And, no pressure! I bought a Jetta! Love it!

Had a situation where my used car was delivered without wheel locks. I called, and the service team took swift action to get my car in remove and replace the locks that were on my car. They also took the opportunity to install my summer tires free of charge!! Thank you!

What an amazing team and service, they are down to earth and it shows commencing with Chantal at the reception desk right up to Stephane at the service department. I've had most brands of vehicles, and by far, VW Vaudreuil is at a very high level. And a surprise of good will each and every time, such as fixing my keyfab with a new battery, a complimentary hand car wash on site with and a free Late to drink while relaxing, and if it will take more time on the service, a temporary car to get you back on motion - what a Fantastic Dealership.
