I had a great experience with Justin - he was attentive and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. There was a mixup where they thought the car included something and it didn’t so they ended up giving me a better deal which I was pleased with. Ernst was great as well and helped me with the financing. They gave me a good price on my trade. Overall an excellent experience!

Excellent service from Chris Rich from beginning to end of service for my beloved 2014 Fit. He gave me an appointment when I could have a loaner. Clearly communicated what did (and did NOT) need to be done before starting some work. As well as inspection and repair I had the car washed. It was so clean that I did not recognize it and walked past it. I look forward to Vaudreuil Honda looking after this car for years to come.

Christopher from service department is very patient, friendly and professional! Helped me figure out the issue within a very short time. He is a very nice guy! We’re able to drive back to Toronto today and keep safety! Very appreciate his help!

The heart of a dealership is the service department. You will interact with them more than your salesperson. Our entire family has used Honda Vaudreuil’s service for over a decade and always felt well cared for. We’ve bought several Hondas from this dealer as a result of the excellent service and most recently our daughter would have her subaru serviced there. To illustrate a point her subaru was past it’s useable life and rather than offering her to perform useless repairs Chris had “the talk” with her and offered to let her keep the car there for a few days until she figured out if she’d sell/scrap etc…. They also adjusted her bill as a goodwill gesture. All this without asking. Who does this?

Anthony, Chris and Vince have always gone above and beyond in making sure things are done right for all of our vehicles (Element, Odyssey, CRZ and HRV) and I cannot emphasize enough how excellent they are at their jobs. Management if you’re reading this - hold on to these people - show them your appreciation because they keep your customers coming back!

Extremely satisfied with the service I received at this dealership. I had to urgently make an appointment last minute and they took me in and resolved my matter in under an hour. Tony from the service department is honest and courteous when it comes to dealing with repairs and I had a pleasure dealing with him. I will definitely consider purchasing a vehicle from here in the future.

I have very pleasant service experience in Vaudreuil Honda. Mr. Paulo is so nice and patient. He answered every question I have and gave me honest advices. He even arranged free shuttle bus for me when my car insurance was not ready for me to pick up the new car. I appreciate his help and nice service and I highly recommend Mr. Paulo to anyone who might be interested in Honda vehicles.

First experience at Honda Vaudreuil. I had gone to another Honda dealer before visiting this location and hands down the time and care that was shown from the top down at Honda Vaudreuil was excellent!! In these times where deliveries are delayed outside of their control they were always open and honest and really worked hard at making your feel valued. David and Moises were very pleasant to deal with. My next Honda 100% will be from this dealer! Worth the drive.

Went there for routine service of my Honda civic. The staff was great. Felt that every suggestion made was genuine and honest. Previous experience I had with another dealer was them suggesting things out of the blue and felt they were more focused on generating money than honestly serving the customer.
