I shopped around by phone for a Hyundai Tucson 2022 with the price that one of the Hyundai dealership asked, and I fell randomly on this salesman by the name of Collin Campeau. He was very honest with all my questions, he was calm and there wasn’t any pushy moments, that made me a good impression of him. He tried his best to accommodate everything I wanted and yes he made me one happy client! with the best price as well!

My husband and I were like hesitating at first to go to the dealership (since we were asking ourselves if the guy would give us hidden fees when we arrive) but nope. Everything was like we talked about on the phone. It literally took us 15min to do all the procedures with papers + credit check.

We were told that our car will arrive in 3-4months since of all shipping delays during Covid, so let’s all
hope this stays as smooth as it is. By the way ask for Collin Campeau I highly recommend a salesman like him :)

so we finally got our Hyundai Tucson 2022 after 4months and half! Which I understand since Pandemic everything got back ordered. What a real beauty really

Really hyundai surprises me, the design is gorgeous, the drive was smooth, and when I try to speed up, i can clearly see it improved compare to an older tucson we had before. We chose the AMAZON GREY, which comes out like a safari green…I am in love with my car.

Also when we received a call from Collin our sales rep to come pick up the car, we also booked our appointment with their financial manager Alain Campeau, also very nice! He explained to us A to Z what we were expecting having a hyundai car with all the warranty and products they have, again not pushy at all. Very professional.

Overall we are very happy with their customer service and also happy owners of our Hyundai Tucson 2022 preferred AWD. dont wait to order yours because it will take months before you get it, but worth the wait!

Hi, well it has been a while since I've gotten service like this, for anything! Services for my car at a new dealer for me in 2023 wth my new kona was just great. The Garage and sales floor look spotless, staff was nice and fun, and on top of it, my Techinical consultant for my car service and tires change with new mags was superb.
Claudya Pouliot Toupin ran after parts for me to complete the installation of my new mags i bought online,
She was funny, polite and professional and she got me a lift to come and pick me up at my house.

I've been to multiple dealerships and dealing with Steven was a breath of fresh air. Very transparent and great customer service. I would recommend to anybody that is looking for a new or used vehicle!

Purchased a new car today! They were courteous and willing to let me test drive the exact models I wanted even to the point of pulling one from the showroom! I was very happy with the Salesman and the Manager, easy to talk to and not pressuring at all. I was able to work with them to get to a price I was happy with and can't wait to pickup my car.

Update: I received my baby, and it's gorgeous. I've been using every excuse to drive it.

Update: 6 months, I made the right decision to buy this model, even though the only sticking point for me not buying the Hybrid has been removed as they are now offering the sunroof option instead of just the solar panel. I love the power! I brought it in for an oil change and tires and they gave me a loaner, Elantra, in the meantime. I sorely missed my power. It wasn't the N-line Elantra. :) Great service! Got my winters on early and I'm all set.

Update: 2 years, Still in love with this car. Every once in a while I park it and when I come back I'm thinking "What a sexy car". It's just as nice as the Audi and BMWs that park next to it. :)
