I recently purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe from HGrégoire Kia Vaudreuil, and the sales person I was dealing with was Etienne Perron. Etienne is a young, dynamic sales person who took extra care of ensuring customer satisfaction. I liked Etienne’s interaction from the beginning. I usually keep my distance from salespeople as their job is to sell you a car. But not Etienne. Etienne took time and responded to the endless questions I had. He never showed any tiredness and he understood my concerns and offered me the best possible deal to make me, the customer, happy and wanting to buy the car from him, from this dealership. I couldn’t refuse the deal I was offered, plus all my concerns were taken care of. When I went to pick up my car, the car was showcased in front of the main entrance. The car looked impressive. It was beautiful and it sparkled in the sunlight. The way it was showcased it made me feel Very special. It also put a huge smile on my face. I am very impressed by Etienne and HGrégoire Kia Vaudreuil for their conduct of business, and for the little extra step they take to make the customer feel happy and special. I recently purchased a new Telluride and my experience there was a 5 (gold) star all the way! I appreciated the warm welcome, the clean showroom and offices, the honesty of the staff involved in the presentation and sale of the vehicle. All of them were very courteous. When I arrived to have a first look at the car I wanted, I had a flat tire. One of the office people (as it was after hours) literally jumped out to help me change the tire! Speak of willingness to serve the customer! It says it all. At no point in the process did I feel pushed and they went out of their way to make the experience a total pleasure. The cherry on the cake is their efficiency with the paperwork and ease of communication. A breath of fresh air in sales! And then, driving away in a total dream car makes the dream turning into reality nothing less but perfect!

The service department is excellent. Nick and Léthicia always have a smile and are ready to explain my bill in detail. They take good care of my car every visit! Service manager is really nice, he took care of an issue I had super fast. Big thank you to Kia Vaudreuil!
