Oli was amazing! I went in with barely any mobility in my right shoulder stemming from long days at a computer desk. I left went essentially full range of motion.

He provided professional, therapeutic treatment and had no issues communicating his approach to my treatment. I will be definitely returning!

If you're looking for a relaxing massage I would not recommend Oli as his pressure can be a bit intense at times. Though I can confirm you will be able to relax at home following his massage and actually retain relief!

Waiting time to be assessed was 1-2 days from calling, was met with a professional cheerful staff, the Physiotherapist was well informed and knowledgeable have recommended Rehab 1 several times. Once I was discharged they informed me that if I needed anything that I was able to contact them at anytime.

Kate and the team at Rehab 1 are the key to my return to work and continued improvement on my journey since spinal surgery. I can’t say enough about Kate’s treatment of my chronic pain and Oleg’s ability to get things moving again.

Today was my first time at Rehab 1 Performance Center. I went for a massage with Oleksii Fedulov RMT. The office was incredibly clean and organized. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Oleksii listened to what I wanted and really helped me out with my problem areas. So professional and really made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be going back to Rehab 1 West Saint John!

I met Sam today for my first physio assessment for shoulder pain and decreased ROM.
Sam is professional, has the abilty to diagnose, explain and teach in a kind and concise manner.

It was my first time visiting Jacey at the Westside Rehab 1 in Saint John. I found everyone welcoming and friendly. Jacey did some acupuncture which seem to offer me relief and I was given some exercises to do at home. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I just had my initial assessment and it went very well. My therapist is an attentive listener who gave me some good, targeted exercises that should help.

Oli is very knowledgeable and professional, he has helped me with my shoulder and is very understanding and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

I honestly love this place so much! They are so lovely and welcoming. I go to Kate for pelvic floor therapy for pregnancy pain and she is so smart and incredibly knowledgeable in the subject and she also has a wonderful personality. I highly recommend her for all your physio needs!

I had my initial assessment with Kate this afternoon and I was impressed by her professionalism, her communication every step of the appointment and process, her compassion and her knowledge. She took the time to explain the rationale behind her choices of treatment and at home exercise program. The online at home exercise program is FANTASTIC!! It reminds you what to do and how to do it, and it also allows the patient to keep track of when they do it. I look forward to working with Kate on my team to help me get back to optimal movement.

I started with Jenn Hart 6 months ago and am so happy to have found her. She is a very knowledgeable Osteopath and provides me with excellent care and information about what’s going on in my body. Jenn is always cheerful and has great energy. She is genuinely interested in helping me feel my best and get the best body movement I can after every visit. I have very little discomfort now but maintain this state with follow up visits every 6 weeks or so.

This was my first professional massage and was recommended by my wife. We have both booked with Ollie and will rebook again. Staff was amazing, kind polite yet professional. The RMT we booked was very professional and enthusiastic to do a great job. I left feeling 10X better than when I walked in. I would recommend Ollie to anyone

The receptionist is friendly and most importantly Kramer is adorable and very friendly as well.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a warm welcome from Edie, who always makes you smile. Kate has been my physiotherapist and is absolutely amazing. She helps you get to the root of the issue and gets you on a manageable plan to recovery and helps you with different techniques to alleviate some of the pain and discomfort. She has an amazingly positive attitude and helps to keep you motivated to reach your goals. I also have the opportunity to work with Amber who is my massage therapist. She is phenomenal with targeting the affected areas and working her magic; because let me tell you, it's awesome!! Overall, Rehab 1 is absolutely amazing and the atmosphere is incredible too. I would; and will, recommend them to anyone who wants top notch care and results. They are the best 😀

Kate Tweedie my phisio therapist is a miracle worker, she has helped me so much with my injury and has given me great relief from the pain and lack of movement in my shoulder. I recommend the Saint John Rehab 1 to everyone I talk to, the entire staff are very friendly and helpful. Rehab 1 is the best physiotherapy group I have ever been associated with.
