Quite a sight to see. Very large, wide pathways, many of which contain benches and brickwork that have dedications on them ( very cool ). Also a couple of buildings that feature art pieces and sculptures. Including sample sculptures of how they were made. Garden is kept very tidy. A must see.

The Leo Mol Sculpture Garden in Assiniboine Park is a serene and enchanting space that combines nature and art beautifully. It features an impressive collection of sculptures by the talented artist Leo Mol, set amidst lush gardens and tranquil pathways. The garden offers a peaceful escape, allowing visitors to appreciate art in a natural setting. It's a perfect place for a leisurely stroll, and the sculptures' craftsmanship and diversity make it a delightful cultural experience within the park.

The Leo Mol Sculpture Garden (at the arbour) is an absolutely incredible spot for an outdoor wedding ceremony! We got married there in the beginning of June and the garden was so lush and green. The grounds are very well kept. Everyone walking through the garden is kind and has a smile on their face. It brings out the best in people! For weddings, the location includes set-up and tear down by Assiniboine Park staff and nice white chairs. I had to follow-up with Assiniboine Park staff frequently to get the information I needed and to get my questions answered leading up to the big day which was frustrating but no other location would have fit the vision we had. If you are looking for an outdoor ceremony space - this can't be beat!

It's such a pretty park to walk in. We walked around and took plenty of very nice pictures. You can see that they care for their plants.

Beautiful gardens and unique sculptures. There are a few buildings that have descriptions of the artist and more sculptures (air conditioned which was a nice break from the heat). I'm so happy this place is free to visit! Highly recommend.

It was beautiful and serene as always, even with a wedding party there and several people milling around.

We went in late July and the flowers had bright vivid colors with sculptures intermixed. It is also right next to the English garden with even more amazing flowers and plants

It's one of my favorite places at the Assiniboine park and zoo! Spending some time appreciating colorful flowers and plants or enjoying some peaceful time reading! Highlights to the jazz shows on Sundays in the afternoon!
The best part of all is that I use the free Trolley to get there! From the Forks downtown and back! But of course I'm talking about my frequently visits there during the Summer!

This past summer I photographed a beautiful outdoor wedding in the sculpture garden! There are so many spots to bring a couple for the photoshoot section of the day, and of course the ceremony over the pond is absolutely beautiful! The location and shade provided in the garden make for some beautiful soft light in the afternoon and there’s also a spot that is cleared so you can get a photo from across the pond.

I enjoy wandering enjoying the statues and landscaping. There is always a cool shady bench to be found on a hot day. It's one of the things that make Winnipeg a great place to live or visit.

While construction is going on in 2019, the easiest way to enter is through the English Gardens, after parking in the east side zoo parking area.
