Chase Dental Clinic

Was not a current client of Chase Dental Clinic, but needed an emergency visit due to an abscessed tooth (teeth?). My government dental coverage (100%) didn't begin until 10 days into the future, but I couldn't wait due to the horrific pain.

They took me in early the next morning (May 22) and undertook a partial root canal to lessen the pressure. They were to finish the job in a week or so and then commence whatever further works I require after the antibiotics prescription they gave me had run its course and my insurance had kicked in.

Not out of pain yet, but on my way.

I had not had a root canal done for some time and was unfamiliar with some of what was done. But when researching the procedure on YouTube I discovered that the work done was exactly as it was supposed to have been done.

All staff (receptionist, dental assistant, and Dentist) were very respectful, courteous, and professional.

Consequently, I hope to enjoy a lasting relationship with these folks.

I have just completed a series of 4 mostly lengthy appointments over the past 2 months getting 3 crowns. Hard to believe it about going to the dentist but I had fun. I am glad to have had the services of this Dental Clinic for the past 12 years. The Office is run professionally. The Dentists are honest and very competent as are the Hygienists. I am Thankful they have stayed in Chase and will continue to visit.

Some of the new dental hygienists are so compassionate and fabulous. As long as you tell them what you need, this location will go above and beyond expectation to ensure safety, security, comfort and affordability. Nice work Hailey!

So helpful and great communication with appts etc. The dentist explains everything in detail so you can understand what’s happening during the process - He’s terrific!

I’m from Kamloops and i woke up with a bad tooth ache. I called in other clinics and they were not available. I want to thank Chase Dental Clinic, even though they were also booked but they made some adjustments and called me the next day for tooth extraction. Staff was friendly and special thanks to Dr. Sunil Malhotra for being very professional and making it a painless journey. Thank you once again, highly recommended . 😊

Such a great experience! They fit me in for an emergency extraction appointment two days after I called. I have major anxiety about going to the dentist, and the staff here made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the procedure. Didn't feel a thing with the freezing and was in an out in half an hour. 24 hours later and recovery is going great. So grateful to have this dentist in our town. I will be back for regular cleanings and further procedures.

I was a person who had some pretty terrible experiences at dentists and i really had created a fear towards going. Chase Dental has completely changed my experience and opinion on that. The staff is always so friendly and they are gental and very caring towards you. I have a son who has autism and he loves going to the dentist they have always explained everything to him and he loves that 💙 they always answer any questions he has and make him feel absolutely comfortable every time.

I cracked my tooth with a peppercorn while eating dinner over the weekend. Called Chase Dental Clinic Monday morning and they took me in within 3 hours. Unfortunately they weren't able to save the tooth, and it was pulled. They were all so friendly and efficient. I was given clear aftercare directions. I am transferring my dental file there and am excited to have such a great dentist local to me.

This dental office was so welcoming to us newbies in town. I had a pain crisis due to an injury, and they fit me in same day! I really felt like they actually cared. Great service, and kind people! This will be my office from now on. Happy I don’t have to go to Kamloops like I do for everything else! Thanks team!

I done my bridges there, at first my bridges feel thick and long and then I went back Chase Dental, Dr. Sunil, he is happy to adjustment my bridges to be thinner and shorter without additional charge and now I am 100% happy with my bridges and color are perfect too. Our children are also cleaning teeth, filling teeth there too...

Always a pleasant experience. I'm like many not in love with going to the dentist. From front desk staff to the assistants to the dentist everyone is just simply wonderful!! The atmosphere is excellent, very clean follow covid restrictions very well. Highly recommend Chase Dental Clinic.
