The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable.

Front desk service was great. Rooms were clean. Dog friendly. Good restaurant and won 100 at the casino with the free 30 they give you.

Very good hotel,just have everything,room is so good, they are 2 TV's in the room,big bath,big bed, very comfortable mattress and pillows, breakfast is so fresh and delicious....just better then bathe rest....also have a restaurant so I will try it later.

Nice, clean rooms. Pool is warm with a nice slide for the kids. Thanks for a good weekend.

Hands down the best breakfast of any hotel I have been to.
The guy running the breakfast clearly cares about the people staying there and opens the breakfast a bit early to make sure nobody goes to work hungry.
They have real proper bacon and excellent selection of other foods.

The room was clean and spacious. We had a king suite which had a king bed and double doors with a separate room and pull out couch. The bathroom was very clean with great water pressure. The room had a microwave, a fridge, a sink, a coffee maker.

Good Hotel to stay in Fort St. John, perfect location on Alaska highway.
Gym, pool, hot tub, banquet, restaurants and casino.

This was a lovely place to stay! The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. No question was left unanswered! They pointed out places to visit and recommended where to get special foods/meals. The pool, with a waterslide, was a lot of fun for my 3 grandchildren. The comfortable bed mattress and pillows allowed me, with my bad back, to sleep peacefully. Breakfast was perfect - great coffee, fresh cut up fruit, hot foods and then the self-made waffles (the amazing staff made one for me each morning) with the strawberries in a sauce poured over top! There were lots of other foods including egg dishes, meats, pancakes, potatoes etc. On the last day, I ventured into the casino (my first time ever in one) and the attentive staff was amazingly helpful in making sure I found a game(s) that was enjoyable. Great holiday and would definitely return to this hotel ❤!

My Fiance and I went here 2 years ago for our anniversary stay-cation. The room was nice, well appointed and the bed was extremely comfy. We had taken the Jacuzzi suite, which, we were a little sad at the air jets as it cooled off the water rather quickly. But succeed in an epic bubble bath.
We didn't use the room service, but rather enjoyed the sit down meal at Just Jacks. We had a nice dinner there.
All staff that we talked to were pleasant, and easy to work with!

So far great! Beautiful rooms. Wonderful service! Pool and hot tub is great. The slide is crazy! Was thinking of throwing the two year old down it but even for a 36yo and his 27yo buddy it was super fast! Maybe we will both go down together tomorrow :) very clean hotel and is very maintained.

I’m a tea totaler, I’m here for the week. Yesterday after I arrived a made tea in the Keurig machine in my room, yuck! I called to the front desk and asked for a kettle, I was told they would look. Later as I was passing the front desk I enquired again about a kettle. I was advised that they were looking and if they couldn’t kind one they’d buy one and put it in my room for me. Sure enough, after I returned to my room tonight after having been out working all day there was a brand new kettle in my room, and a China mug, cuz who drinks tea in a paper cup?
The staff here are not only friendly, they care about their guests. Lucky me still has a few more days here.

Normally don’t take the time to review places. But today the staff went above and beyond for me. Impossible to get a cab in this town and after trying for a half hour the manager drove me to the airport himself! Before I could get stressed about the situation they stepped in and helped me. I was alone and knew no one in the city so needless to say I was very grateful. I will most certainly return again!

Excellent place. Lovely atmosphere. Everything was clean and bright. Staff were wonderful. It's in a central location in FSJ. Easy access to all the facilities. Breakfast room was excellent and so very clean

Excellent location and well appointed hotel. Staff is very friendly and quick to offer assistance to make your stay more enjoyable. Hotel has a water slide, hot tub, restaurant, bar, casino, meeting rooms, business centre, free wifi and free breakfast available at 5:30am. Variety of room configurations to suit your needs.

Nice rooms, kids loved the pool and waterslide, great continental breakfast with good variety and quality, manager went above and beyond to accommodate.

Front desk staff were very friendly and informative. The room was very nice. No complaints. The hot breakfast had a wide variety of foods including waffles!

Pomeroy is a great place to stay as a business traveler. Fort St John isn't a very big place, but the pomeroy is great. The rooms are big and well equipped, the services are plenty and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast is limited but great. The pub is fantastic, lots of tvs to watch games. There is also an attached casino, which is open pretty late. The hotel itself has plenty of services, including conference rooms, which make it a good pick for business use.
