I was told last minute by my property manager that the carpets in my apartment needed to be cleaned before I moved out. Hugh squeezed me into his busy schedule and did it for the best price out of everybody I called. They were super communicative and professional. Hugh refreshed my carpets and returned them to their natural vibrancy. My carpets held a lot of stains and odour due to my pets and their accidents and he made my carpets look and smell so good, as good as they did when I moved in. Hugh uses organic and eco friendly products that are safe for everyone including kids and pets. He also took extra care to avoid damage to property and was extremely professional. I would recommend him to anyone who needs service to their floors, carpeted or hard, and upholstery.

Hugh was very professional and did a great job with the two bedrooms, one of which had a few pet stains and had very high traffic from being used as an office. Hugh's first appointment of the day went longer than expected and gave me ample warning that he would be running late for my appointment. Communication on point. Simple, efficient, got the job done. One of those things you don't want to do yourself and it was well worth the money.

I just had my carpets and area rugs cleaned by Goodhue Multiclean. The quote was very reasonable and the carpets especially the area rugs came out beautifully including a very soiled rug that I thought maybe needed to be replace. It looks like new again. Hugh, who owns the company is very through and really cares about doing an excellent job. He even called me the next day as a follow up to see if I was satisfied. Excellent service! We moved into a house with heavily soiled carpets and dirty tiles/grout. After sending an initial msg we hear back and had an estimate within minutes. They were able to come by fairly quick to have it cleaned.

They were on time and did an exceptional job. Kept me informed throughout explained what was being done and answered all my questions.

Hugh came down to our place and cleaned the carpets. With 2 cats and 2 dogs our carpets were not in the greatest condition. After only a few hours our carpets were fully cleaned and smelled amazing. Like brand new! I had been putting off getting our carpets cleaned because of price. The prices were great and Hugh was so nice! 10/10 I will call him back!

The service was fantastic, not only was the communication quick, easy and exactly what I was told, the job was done great! A quote was provided before seeing the place, they did a walk through before starting and contacted me to confirm they could go ahead and provided the final price. It was the same price as quoted plus applicable taxes. I was informed when they arrived and when they left, no guessing. This was a move out clean and it was done so well.
