My husband and I decided to go on our first all inclusive and figured I’d reach out to a travel agent to get some assistance in choosing the best resort for us. I got assigned to Breanne and she was wonderful every step of the way. If she didn’t have the answer, she pointed us in the right direction. Kier Lymn was amazing, he is super responsive and will do everything possible to get you everything you want for the best deal. When something with our trip went sideways (not his fault in the slightest) he did everything possible to fix it and eased all of my concerns. I would absolutely recommend him and SellOff. Travel Consultant Kim Buck provided me with excellent customer service when I reached out about securing an Air Transat refund for a trip that was cancelled last year due to Covid. During these times when it's difficult to reach customer support anywhere, it was so nice to speak with someone who was not only pleasant mannered but also went above and beyond to help. Kim looked into my unique situation and made sure to follow up with me to let me know my refund request was received by Air Transat. I really appreciate all her efforts during this time when we are all conserving finances and just getting through the day to day! I will definitely reach out to Kim to help book our next trip once we are able to travel!

I booked my trip with Emily Lock and she was fantastic! Very thorough and friendly advisor.
I went to Mexico for two weeks an visited two different resorts all with my husband and new baby
So I had a lot of questions for her regarding each resorts and there amenities. This was my child’s first big trip so she made sure the resort we chose has everything we could have needed. Both where very child friendly while being entertaining for us parents too.

We have had such a great experience using SellOff Vacations. Our agent Kim Buck felt like one of our best friends by the end of our trip. We even sent her pictures of our time in Antigua. My wife and I couldn't have met a nicer more customer friendly person. Kim was very attentive to detail and made sure we received everything we asked for. She would even call on the days leading up to our trip and called after we returned to ask how our new resort was. We have never been treated like that from any other company and we travel quite a bit.
