Super happy with my experience. Needed a ring with an inner ring to be re-sized. Was told 2 weeks because of how busy they were, I said no problem.

Less than 2 weeks later my ring was ready. I went to pick it up and not only did they re-size it perfectly, but they cleaned it to super shiny status.

The price was higher than I expected, but was what I was originally quoted and had agreed to. Inflation, rising costs of gold, etc, whatever it is, $90 after tax is high for what was done, but then again I'm not a jeweler and have no clue what others charge.

Regardless, I was and am happy and will return for future work and or purchases.

I have bought from this place for at least 4 years. I never ever had any problems and customer service was top of the line. I do most of my Christmas shopping here. I wish I could give you a 10 instead of a 5. Best customer service ever. Thank you Cory for always giving us the best of everything.

I had a great experience the other day.
I brought my watch in to have some links taken out and the gentleman was very kind and helped me with my watch.
I thanked him because I tried to take the link out at home, I was worries I was going to damage the watch.

I went in here to get a link removed from my watch band. It is a quaint store with quality from wall to wall. An interesting assortment of estate and silver jewelry.

The staff were more than attentive, and took obvious pride in their shop. I’m from out of town but if I’m ever back around I’ll be visiting this place with the intent to buy some nice stuff.

Cory helped us straight any and took the links out within 2 minutes. I offered to pay, but Cory refused insisting it was a complimentary service.
