Buying a new vehicle is an experience that we usually try to avoid due to pushy sales tactics and pressure but I must say the Ford rep Ryan Davey we dealt with was an absolute pleasure.

He not only didn’t pressure us into something we didn’t want but he patiently helped us explore every available option until we found the best option available for us.

I truly wish every salesperson I dealt with was as outstanding as knowledgeable as Mr. Davey. Thank you for having such talented people to assist with customers like us.

We will be back again based on the experience alone and I look forward to Mr. Davey being the one to assist us.

It was time for a new vehicle and hybrid was one of the requirements. I visited numerous dealerships, but availability was almost zero. Then I popped into Glenoak Ford. Not only did they have several on the lot, they made the buying experience very pleasant and uncomplicated. Chris, the salesman, was very helpful and knowledgeable on all the features, and continues to assist when I have questions. My experience with Glenoak Ford was very comfortable without a lot of pressure. All the staff I dealt with had a friendly, yet professional manner. And I couldn’t be happier with my new purchase!!!

Chris has an excellent approach in that he listened to what we were looking for and let us know what was available. A straight forward non pushy approach. The rest of the staff that we dealt with were also very positive. They know their stuff but did not try to push us into making any decisions. We are looking forward to receiving this same quality of service in the future

Excellent service, Chris was patient and very helpful in all areas. Every option was discussed and pros and cons looked at. I will continue to do business with them as they are outstanding in my view. Follow up has been great and checking in is much appreciated

I should have done this review 3 years ago!

I could never forget the service that we got from these guys. We were ready to give up buying a vehicle, from the experiences we received from other dealerships. Until we found the exact car that no one had in BC here. I was told that there was a lot of interest from other dealerships on this car and my response was "oh yeah, that was me trying to find this exact Explorer ST."

They parked it inside their show room and made the experience like nothing I've ever gotten! They offered to fly us over from the mainland, and I would have taken them up on it, if it weren't for trading in our current vehicle. They took the time to make the experience so amazing, it's resonated with me to today.

This month in 2020 we purchased one of the most awesome SUV's ever made. This vehicle has been amazing to us, and I just wanted to thank the Glen Oak family for treating us like family.

I went to Glenoak Ford to look at a new Sport Bronco (Badlands trim) and Robert Zachariou had the one I wanted to see ready for me. Better than that, he had a more upgraded version also ready for me. This is not a simple vehicle: there are *so* many features and Robert knew them inside and out. He was pleasant, friendly, and we worked out a deal that I was happy with. Robert even made sure to set up my Ford Pass app, explaining all of its awesome features, too.

The team gave me a completely fair offer on my trade-in, and their financing terms are probably impossible to beat in today's market. (I'm not sure there are many places where you can get 2.99% on 72mo or 3.49 on 84mo). Ben Hillier was my finance guy, and he was also fantastic. Highly recommend this team for your next vehicle.

Pre ordered a Ford Maverick hybrid with Ben Hillier which I just picked up last month. He was fantastic - knowledgeable and trustworthy and made me feel very comfortable making my first preorder for a new vehicle. He walked me through all the options, kept me updated throughout, and came through with every detail as promised (and in some cases even exceeded). We had to bring our Mustang in for a recall and the service department discovered that rodents had got into the engine. The staff kept us well informed along the way and the communication was excellent. Very happy with the service.

The Glen Oak Ford dealership is right around the corner from where I live. This location combined with the excellent salesperson Chris Brooks makes it an ideal place to have my F-150 maintained or to buy my next new vehicle.

Sitting at dealership now with a Frunk alarm issue on my lightening that basically makes it undriveable without earplugs… although they are booking a month out they are willing to take the truck incase of cancellation and give me a rental in lieu. Weird issues are outside of their control.. but how they handle them and provide service is what’s important. Thank you Glen Oak.
