Are you tired of waiting forever to get insurance, Just to talk to someone who has no idea what their doing?

I have worked for three larger Auto Groups and can not explain the head ache I have dealt with time and time again for myself & my customers.

Cole Campbell and his team at the Langford location wasted no time to get my insurance renewed along with a much better replacement policy (I have used Optium & Awrap) prior.

Not to mention 7 days after when I was having difficulty contacting ICBC my self while at work wasting 40 minutes twice just to be disconnected after waiting & listen to painful elevator music. I Called Cole and he did leg work for me (waiting on hold with ICBC to get me the answer's I needed) then promptly returned my call.

Beyond helpful, knowledgeable, & above all else professional.

Will defiantly be returning with any insurance issues or needs I have in the future.

Melanie is one of a kind and goes above and beyond. She truly takes care of her customers, and looks out for their better interests. We went to multiple companies to see if they would search out the best price through their insurance providers. They would only deal with 1 provider, and were not willing to reach out to anyone else.
