I saw an ad on Facebook Marketplace and Shawn McMillan was very responsive and helpful answering questions I had about the truck I was looking at! I made the trip to look at the truck and there was no big theatrics Shawn was helpful, patient and to the point which I was looking for! Happily drove out with a great truck! Ina Motors gets a 5 out of 5 for all aspects of my experience that concluded with the purchase of a Lincoln Navigator. Almost all business was conducted via text, email and a few phone calls. I didn’t actually see (in person) or drive the vehicle until it was delivered to me. In order to get the required level of trust from me to do business this way requires something special. And Phil in particular knocked it out of the park with his exceptional customer service. Big kudos to him for all the communication and information. Over in finance, Brit also added to this high level of customer service with very competent assistance.

I found a listing at Ina Motors that I wanted to trade my car in for. It was valued above the estimated appraisal for my car by quite a bit, but nevertheless I went to Ina Motors with high hopes and low expectations.

Within an hour, I had a price that couldn't have fit better, and was on my way home in a new car less than two hours after I had driven there in the old one. I could not have been more happy with the offer given to me and the settled price, along with the incredible service of Nathan and general manager Wes.

Absolutely, without a doubt, the best experience I have ever had purchasing/financing a vehicle. I purchased a 2016 jeep wrangler sport S from them a couple months back and everything has been as it should be, In regards to the overall operation of the vehicle.
I live in vancouver so I was a little hesitant to purchase from the island because BC ferries are just the worst, and I was hoping to surprise my partner with said jeep. Everyone at Ina was super helpful throughout the purchasing process and even picked me up from the ferry terminal, on the island; letting me test drive the jeep before I signed the papers.
When I arrived at the dealership it was honestly like no other; no soulless bullpens with raggedy looking salesman trying to sell you the undercoating you DON’T need. The office is tastefully modern with a fun atmosphere stemming from individuals that actually seem to enjoy their jobs.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a vehicle; Ina with the W.

Ina Motors were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL to deal with for purchasing my daughter's car. Phil was my salesman, and he kept me informed of everything as it happened.

My vehicle was involved in a collision which resulted in it being a complete write off. I came across a posting at Ina Motors and got in touch with a member of the sales team named Kevin Mcllelland.

From the beginning of this process, Kevin went absolutely above and beyond for me, from the initial phone call to me driving the car off the lot. There were multiple times throughout the process where I did not make things easy for Kevin, yet at no point in time did I feel pressured or put on the spot to make any decisions. Kevin was completely understanding of what I was looking for, catered to every request I made and was all in all, one of the best sales associates I have ever interacted with. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and helped me get that. Nothing more, nothing less.
