ALL you need to know is. Tyson ROCKS! Went in just expecting to renew my insurance and left with way better coverage for practically the same cost as I was already paying. He went above and beyond to explain how it all works and how this magic was possible. Highly recommend.

I had to renew my insurance yesterday and the agent named Starr went way out of her way to help me get it done quickly and painlessly. In a world where customer service is becoming mere lip service, I was astounded by her professionalism and willingness to help me. Her co-worker even picked up the slack as Starr took the time to help me out. Guess which company will be handling all of my insurance in the future?!

Great and knowledgeable staff and have always been helpful. They have always been helpful with transactions or just answering a question. Issac helped me last night and was very professional even though there was a lineup to the door.

Just dealt with this woman named Jenna. Awesome customer service and very fast. I was disappointed with the other location in the city but after dealing with this location I am extremely happy I chose sussex for my insurance.

There open till 8pm on Sunday on a Sunday and the staff were more than helpful they were also knowledgeable and speedy in the work that they were doing and patient with my questions as well and offered advice based on experience and that and the fact they were open on Sunday and were able to deal on the spot no appointment needed great service awesome hours and quick friendly service can't ask for more.

great customer service and very knowledgable on the phone and in person ..forgot his name but it was BC day 15 min before closing and never rushed me at all and was very patient while I asked a ton of questions.
