Langford Pharmasave (Compounding Pharmacy)

I pleaded for a Pfizer vaccine but they insisted on the Murderna shot ; making the false claim " all the shots are the same". I said it's just like Halal meat the product is NOT all the same its how its produced. They seemed to understand my analogy but insisted on Murderna. I went elsewhere to get my saline placebo and haven't been sick since 2019. I love Communism. Long live the NDP.

I received lovely customer service from Canada Post at Pharmasave Langford. Really appreciate the help from the staff lady who assisted me!!

We have been using this pharmacy for the last few years and generally we really like it! Chris the pharmacist is great, he is very knowledgeable and friendly. There is never a very long wait to get an RX filled, and no huge lines like the chain pharmacies. The staff here are fabulous and always happy to help. Any issues or concerns are met with the upmost professional and friendly service. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful team serving our community. Well done!

Amazing experience with the telephone call from a doctor! This pharmacy cares about you and your health! I was off my meds for a week and was suffering side effects! Got a callback and got my medication ordered,

The pharmacy area was the best . I didn't catch their names it was a man and a lady. They were excellent and so very nice. Dealing with my prescription issues.. so patient and understanding. I give the pharmacy area 5 stars..

I travel out of my way to go to this pharmacy. Chris, the pharmacist, is great. He remembers you, welcomes you, is friendly and helpful. I used to think I was just a number to be called at other pharmacies, but when Chris takes care of you, you’ll want to drive out of your way too. Who even knew that the pharmacy, could contact your dr on your behalf to see if they would renew a prescription. This Pharmasave made the offer, made the contact and got me my prescription. I highly recommend the Langford Pharmasave.

This is the worst pharmacy I have seen.
We asked them to give us prescribed painkiller for our little daughter, who was in severe pain and had just arrived from the children's hospital. We very much asked to do everything before the evening, as the Doctor said that the medicine should be taken before bedtime. The pharmacy promised us to do it. And no one called us back. We called the pharmacy at 7:15 pm and the answering machine said they were already closed, although they are open until 9 pm. But they are already closed !!!
Do you think someone called us back the next day? NO!
Think, they forwarded our prescription to another pharmacy? NO!
They just forgot about us!
If I could, I would revoke the license from the pharmacy, which is so irresponsible in relation to children who urgently need pain relievers.
This is the worst service I have seen in pharmacies ever.

My first time getting a prescription filled today at this pharmacy and had a great experience.

Always clean floors and shelves. In addition, the staff are always happy to help in any way they can. Hannah helped me pick out the right shampoo for my wild hair.

One of two compounding pharmacies in the westshore, with good hours. The pharmacist I delt with was very friendly and was happy to spend some time explaining some extra questions we had.

Nice place, friendly staff and the only place in Greater Victoria area that sells World's Best Cream. THE best thing for aching joints and muscles and also fantastic arthritis relief.
