How this place does not have a 5/5 rating is beyond me. Doug, the owner, is the type of man that will go above and beyond for you, even though he has never met you until that moment. There is a gentleman who hangs out there named Lance. What an intelligent, love-filled being.
I had their breakfast sandwich, and it was one of those sandwiches that you’re still thinking about five days later … I ordered a latte, and asked for cardamom in it if they had any, and Doug searched the kitchen, until he found some, and then put it in a little tea bag for me in my latte.
What a great place, I’ve made plans to go back this weekend - gotta get me another one of those sandwiches!

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. The owner is very nice and the environment here is just amazing. The food is amazing too - I would definitely come back.

Great food & drinks!! Staff are incredibly kind and friendly. Doug the owner is the BEST! He always goes above and beyond for his customers and truly cares. They always remember your name which I find so sweet! You can tell Doug truly loves and cares about his community. :)

Simply amazing! Great food, fast and friendly service. We had latte, regular drip coffee, breakfast bagels were awesome and the blueberry muffin and macaroon madness bar was delish! Outside patio was lovely and we were in &out in about 40 min without rushing. Great spot!

Great place. Loved the food. We got a ham sandwich and avocado toast and both were delicious and with great portions.
The cash staff were friendly and happy people. Perfect place to stop before going into a hike.

Nice family run business that puts some passion behind their food. Loved the berry garnish on my sandwich. Sizes and prices are respectable.

There is absolutely nothing not to love!! The staff are always super humble and friendly its a wonderful feeling as soon as you walk in; you can see the staff clearly act as a family in their own way and its refreshing to see their outgoing friendliness. The food is always super delicious and you can see them as they make it with fresh ingredients in-store, they always add a adorable and delicious fruit garnish and their portions are almost always enough to take some home! The drinks are phenomenal and always come out looking a little extra pretty:) 10/10

One of my favorite orders is their Avocado Toast. It's absolutely amazing.

I do find occasionally (fairly rare) that their espresso beverages run on the bitter side but not in a way that would make you throw out your coffee!

Such an amazing little hole in the wall, I definitely recommend taking a trip down and enjoying some great atmosphere and food!

Fantastic! Just what we needed! The service was very friendly, the food was great! They have gluten free bread and several kinds of yummy treats including Nanaimo bars and raspberry end coconut pastries! They have even fruit infused water for people to have! This cute sweet cafe is the kind of place that makes your day. Thank you!

I am a regular there and everything about the cafe is amazing, great food, great drinks, great service. All the staff hired are very friendly, get to know the people who go there regularly. I would say the only small downside is that the main area of the cafe can be somewhat cramped and can get a bit loud if busy but what can you expect when you have a business as great as this!

Really yummy breakfast sandwiches, and one of the nicest hot chocolates I've had in a hot minute. Recommended to me by locals who visit regularly. Definitely coming back again.

Always so popular, only tried their peach lemonade. Lovely environment and decoration. People are all spending their time here working, chatting, and studying. Nice place to order some food and drink, and have a seat to working on your personal stuff.

The lady has alot of energy, love it.

What a good find. We escaped into Poncho's coffee shop to avoid the rain and grab some lunch. The sandwiches were simple and tasty and the staff were really friendly. Plenty of space to chill out and relax, I would recommend.

A wonderful little cafe! The food is amazing, so many great options. The lunch trio is a great way to try a variety of their specialty soups, salads and sandwiches. Their drink menu changes often and has a lot of fun, delicious concoctions. The baked goods are too many to choose from!! The staff were excellent and clearly enjoy working there and making it a great place to come.

A delightfully charming and cozy place with outside seating and delicious homemade sandwiches and salads. They also offer a wide variety of unique cafe drinks to tantalize the tastebuds. Very kind and helpful workers too.

This is a wonderful little coffee house the staff as well as the owner are some of the most loveliest people you'll ever meet , the coffee is fantastic the food is delicious the prices are more than fair not only are humans welcome what so are there better halves ie their dogs lol
As a former combat vet who meet up with friends that suffer with PTSD as well Panchos allows us to feel safe and welcome cannot say enough about this coffee house like it so much I travel in from Victoria West at least two or three times a week sure there's coffee place is closer but there's no Panchos

Excellent coffee. Good spread of food options. Generally great staff, however, the Asian appearing barista today really didn't seem to enjoy her job. Thank goodness it didn't affect the quality of the drink.

Hired ponchos to cater our wedding. Doug went above and beyond helping us make our day perfect. We did a walk through of the venue before hand, he came and helped set up the hall the day before. He made sure every little detail was taken care of. The food was amazing! All our guests commented on it. His staff were professional and fun. We didn't have to worry about a thing at our wedding thanks to Ponchos!
