Incredible selection of food, treats, and supplements. They are incredibly friendly and knowledgable and will help you find what is best for you dog. They even gave me free samples which was fantastic, and the prices were good too. Best of all was this cute little dog I saw there. I definitely recommend going to this store if you are a pet lover as they definitely share that same love.

I made a mistake on the dates of my order last week and Holly and Amy went above and beyond to make sure my pets food got to us before I needed to leave for meetings today. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. I always recommend this store if you’re looking to feed your pets raw food. Thanks again from my happy cat and dog. ❤

Do you want to switch to raw for your kitties? This is the place if you live in Langford. They are friendly and helpful. They carry a wide variety of suppliers to pick from. If your companion doesn’t like it you can return it for a full refund if you haven’t used more than 1/4 of the box 🥰

Can we give 10 stars? This place is amazing and the staff are incredible and extremely knowledgeable. We got our puppy at 9 weeks old and ever since we got her she has had runny stool (it’s been 6 weeks now) We finally had enough of it and decided to try raw as we’ve heard nothing but great things. My husband and I went in there and talked to a young guy, we can’t remember his name but he had piercings and he was so incredibly knowledgeable!!! We picked up some samples for Dixie and within 12 hours of feeding her, her stool was NORMAL. Her behaviour changed, and she is a completely different puppy and much more calm than before. She was constantly barking at us (probably because she was hungry and wasn’t digesting her food properly.) We are SO happy for Dixie and very grateful that we made the switch!!!! Thanks growlies for being so great. 😊

My senior pup and I visited Growlies to see if we could find a solution for his stress induced anorexia, and Terry pointed us in the right direction. He had great suggestions for transitioning back to a raw diet, incorporating his nutritional requirements and attending to his degenerative myelopathy needs. Thank you, Terry!

I was totally impressed going to Growlies Langford today . It was my first time and I don’t know why I waited so long . Unfortunately for the wrong reasons as my dog has recently gotten stomach cancer . I’ve been trying to do everything I can for him including making sure his diet is digestible and nourishing these days .
If I knew their names I would say them but it was Friday Oct 28th . So impressed with the knowledge, recommendations and compassion they both gave me .

We have been thinking about transitioning our dog to a raw diet for over a year now and I had not come across any places locally (aside from mainstream pet stores) which offered assistance on this subject. I came across Growlies by chance and I’m so glad I did! Some of the most knowledgeable and experienced staff I’ve ever met in the pet industry. Extremely helpful, clear solutions and reasonable prices to incorporate this diet change. I am confident this will be our main source of dog treats and food in the future! Highly recommend chatting with the staff and visiting.

Been going here a few years now. The first thing I noticed when I walked into this store is the willingness to help. Being new to the scene the staff made sure the product met my dogs needs and answered any info about raw diets. As years passed my dog experienced allergy issues and they were really great about finding alternatives. They are very knowledgeable, not just in the products but about raw diets in general. I recommend checking them out.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. We were a bit suspicious of changing our pupp's diet but he has never been happier or healthier since switching to raw dinners and adding in some specific supplements. You can also order online and get the food delivered! Great service.

Very knowledgeable staff. Extremely helpful and wide variety of products. Great food for many animals that require raw food diets and supplements. Getting the appropriate food for my hedgehog and cats is definitely easier because of this place.

The staff were knowledgeable and helpful for people just now switching to a raw food diet. They knew their stock well and were able to suggest alternatives and options. While not cheap, they are cheaper than our previous options.
