Love Den in Langford

Last month I checked this shop out for the first time. The young lady working was pleasant and fun, she made the experience easy and enjoyable. Less than a month after my purchase, I had a problem with my toy. I spoke with one of the owners on the phone and then with both of them in person. They gave me excellent customer service and I walked away happy! I'll definitely be back!!!

My husband and I stopped in --first time ever-- and they were really nice to us. We ran out of cupholder space in the car, so he brought his coffee in and they asked to hold it at the register. (Obviously to prevent spills and stuff.)

During our visit: We were asked twice if we needed to see any items or if we had questions; we were informed that items can be taken out of the packaging and batteries can be inserted to devices to test them. While we shopped, I overheard and witnessed the shop testing a candle for another patron.

Everyone was very nice, and I'm sure they would have been more informative if we had questions to ask. It's also worth knowing that the shop has a general idea of which companies have better customer service, so they are definitely speaking like people FOR people.

We became members, and we intend to make more stops as our toy chest increases.

My boyfriend went into this store and got help from an employee for the entire transaction. Im sure this store is lovely but what he was helped with purchasing was a garment that was not returnable after being opened. I totally understand the return policy but this “one size fits most” garment does not fit smaller women. When helping clients select gifts for people who are not in store maybe don’t send them off with something that cant be returned. This lingerie set has absolutely no measurement information on the box so in order to see if it actually fits you have to open it. Word for the wise don’t purchase your partner “one size fits most” lingerie or anything with underwear included as it is not returnable.

The Love Den is a warm and cool shop, I have been going there for years. The owners are very cool and always make sure your a happy customer, I live in Victoria but the drive is worth it, I will always recommend them. Its the place desires, and fun are created.

There's a reason why I've been coming back here for 5 years... the staff. I get great service every time, the staff know their products and make great suggestions that I have taken. I always leave knowing more than when I went in which is great. It's a welcoming atmosphere, always a chill place to be. I highly recommend the Love Den to anyone and everyone who asks me about it.

Been to every shop in town, and this is always my go-to. Every staff member I've encountered has made the experience fun, supplied hearty knowledge, and has been able to answer all and any questions I've had and steer me in the right direction. Always satisfied with both products as well as staff.

This is the ONLY place I would recommend for adults/couples. I've spent hundreds of dollars here and have been satisfied with selection and customer service. The lovely young lady who works Friday nights is the bomb! She's super knowledgable, doesn't make anything weird, and really helps you find the best options for you and your partner without trying to steal your money. I really love how they also stock local items (lube, leather gear, etc) and know their product. Props to love den, Disneyland for adults!

Great staff, very knowledgeable, good prices. The only way to buy sex toys without wasting money is to ask someone you can trust. The folks at the Love Den in Langford are people you can trust. Lots of selection, good prices, helpful advice.

Went there for my first time, and I can say it definitely will not be my last! The ladies were super helpful, and the selection in there is the best I've seen. I went in there looking for a specific type of lingerie, and they had it. So happy with my purchase!
