April was suuuuuuuuper amazing - all of the staff I encountered was. I had a lot of anxiety about finding a new hair dresser based on bad experiences at other salons in the past. I also am at a very delicate place in my hair journey and needed a stylist who was willing to help me achieve my vision, after I had lost a lot of my hair due to health issues.
April took the time to really listen and allow me to ask questions, I never felt rushed and she gave the best scalp massage I have ever received and as a single mama…. I needed it badly.
Truth be told I think I might book one monthly just as a self care routine for my self.

April explained that she took extra training to work with curly hair and that a lot of the staff at the salon take extra classes and extra continued education to stay on top of new styles and techniques. It really showed in her confidence and the finished product.

Highly highly highly recommend any stylist at this salon, but especially April!

Jordan was amazing!!!! She did the best blow dry and styling on my hair. I have been toma y la es before, Jordan did the best job out of anyone else. I highly recommend her

I absolutely love Haley! Went in for an appointment and I had no clue whatsoever about what I should do with my hair. I only knew that I wanted to look more mature and classic. Haley absolutely nailed the colour and the cut. She was very friendly and sweet. If I didn’t live in Toronto, I would get my hair done by her every month. Absolutely recommend. 10/10. Amazing atmosphere as well. Everyone was just really friendly and nice.

Got my full head of highlights done by Jordan and I could not be happier with my results, my hair feels better than when I walked in and she took the time and care to make sure I had the perfect blonde colour. Highly recommend seeing Jordan!

Louisa is beyond awesome 🙏 came in to have a bright red corrected and left with exactly what I wanted. She did not only an excellent job with my hair, but she was excellent at communicating what she was doing throughout. I would highly recommend her!

Love this place! My son and I only come here to get our hair done every time we leave we are very happy with our hair. We only see April since the first time she did my hair because I was so pleased with the results! However all the other stylists are amazing as well from what I see they do on their clients and how the customers are always happy with their results. I have never seen anyone leave disappointed. It’s a very easygoing atmosphere! They always have a way of making you laugh!!

April is an absolute ray of sunshine! She has been cutting my boyfriend’s hair for many years and he recommended I go to her when I needed a cut over a year ago. I still see her whenever I need a cut and always leave with a big smile and a new look. April is incredible and also takes time to teach me tips and tricks to keep my hairstyle which I am so grateful for as I don’t usually style my hair. I’m always so happy with the results and can’t recommend her enough!

Can’t praise Hailey enough! I have curly hair. It has been very challenging to find someone who can cut my hair right. It has been a very long time since I have loved a haircut so much! I would highly recommend her to anyone with curly hair.

Went to see Haley, and had the greatest first time experience with lightening my hair, and while excited I was still nervous. Thank fully Halry is so wonderful I was put immediately at ease. I love the change, and am now dyeing ;) to go lighter.

I had my hair done by Melissa and she was great! She spent time talking with me and explaining my options and was very knowledgable - particularly about colour. She took my brassy brown highlighted hair with bleached ends to a super cool and stylish violet/gray I was after. I will definitely be going back to Melissa! I get compliments on my hair colour all the time now.

Melissa is the best hair stylist/ colourist that I have ever been to. She will take the time to listen and understand EXACTLY what you want. I have tried many different colours over the years and she has been able to make it look natural, beautiful, and healthy every time. Highly recommend her.

I started going here earlier this year and seeing either April or Haylie, they are both great! Super friendly service and sit you down and really go over what you want and how they are going to do it.
I've had really good experiences getting my hair cut from both Haylie and April.
April has also recently done a huge color correction from dark brown to blonde that went really well and she is extremely knowledgeable about what she is doing!

I just got my hair cut by April for the first time in a year and a half.... Lots of Covid precautions, wonderful cut as always and the atmosphere is always welcoming and fun. April always does a fantastic job with my super thick hair - back next week for some colour! Thanks Arq and April!

Excellent precision haircutting that works with my hair (wavy) and grows out gracefully. Also, a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Very professional! First time I've ever gone back to a salon more than a few times -- and it's been years now at Arq.

I absolutely love my hair stylist, Liz. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. If you want to go blonde, she is definitely the person to see. I've been coming to this salon off and on for a few years now, and have always had a positive experience.

I got my hair done by Lindsay. She listened, took before and afters, was knowledgable, kind, friendly etc. I can go on and on. She did a FANTASTIC job of my hair, she explained each and every product she was using and answered every question i had. She even taught me how to do a beach wave in my hair and told me i could call if i got stuck or had any questions. She gave a fair price and explained i could go in for free to top up my bangs so i didnt do them at home by myself again. She fixed every mistake i had done to my hair and made my hair better than i could have imagined!! My hair looks good enough to be on tv! I HIGHLY recommend Lindsay to anyone who wants exeptional service!

Awesome Awesome place . Everyone is so friendly and NOT Pushy....Very clean place . April is amazing.. she explains everything and ensures you are happy. She is very knowledgeable and talented . I will definitely be back to see april again.. Everyone of the stylists were very professional and from what I seen there clients looked amazing and seemed very happy .

Today I had the pleasure of having my hair coloured by Rhino at ARQ Langford. I was incredibly impressed with his level of knowledge, expertise and understanding in exactly what I was trying to achieve as a client. I am very particular when it comes to my hair and I have had some unfortunate experiences in the past due to lack of communication when it comes to hair salons. Rhino completely blew me away with the results of my colour and my hair looks and feels better than it has in a long time. I will definitely be going back in the future to book with Rhino and would not hesitate recommending him specifically as a colour expert and educator! As a bonus, their products are high quality and very effective. Thanks so much

I saw Merlin today for a wash-massage-blow out due to a migraine that having my hair tied back at work was not helping. He was amazing, gave a fantastic massage and left me with volume for days! Highly reccomended. He's a treat.

I just had my first appointment with Brett and he is absolutely amazing! He took my dull, dry blonde hair and revived it with beautiful blonde highlights that brings out my eyes and complection. I've already booked my next appointment with him! Thanks so much Brett!
