They made me authentic Vietnamese iced coffee. Best customer service I’ve ever had at any salon, I will definitely be a returning customer. They are so talented at all kinds of nail art. Prices are absolutely fair for stunning quality of work. All the staff are so professional and friendly. Welcoming environment the name is definitely fitting because you’ll feel like a queen for sure. Decorated very nicely. Clean. And I noticed they do not have cheap supplies.

I love getting my nails done by Queenie!!! I’ve been a client for years and was so happy for her when she bought this new place—it’s spacious and bright, and (of course) the massage chairs are amazing! There are sooo many colors/options, the prices are GREAT and her work speaks for itself!! She is the QUEEN 👑

Went for my 1st time tonight, t was last appointment of the day and I was treated like a Queen. I had Mani/Pedi , my nails look fabulous. I had Janet & Hanna both ladies were very friendly.

Today was my first visit and they exceeded my expectations! I randomly dropped in for a pedicure and they were able to quickly get me in. Everyone was SO welcoming, and took very good care of me. My pedicure was done with so much care. I did not feel rushed at all, and could tell they truly care about their clients. Also, the cost was very affordable! I look forward to returning again! They are definitely my new fav place in Langford!

Queenie & staff go above and beyond for their clients. I would recommend Queen Bee to anyone who wants a little pampering. I called today to inquire about a gel polish removal on fingers and toes to prep for a surgery & they slotted me in within the hour. I truly can’t say enough good things!

Oueenie has been my nail technician for a long time, she is an artist and professional when it comes to nails. Her salon is beautiful and the other technicians are awesome. Would not go anywhere else

Love queen bee, I had never had a pedicure or my nails done before and they literally treated me like a queen. One of my tips came off a week after having them done, but I called them to see how much it would cost to fix it and the lady fixed it for free and touched all my nails up. I loved that, and for nothing. I will absolutely be going back, I’ve heard absolutely amazing things online and I’m so so glad I went. I suggest you go there, their shop is beautiful from the lights on the ceiling, to offer you coffee, their set up is beautiful. Amazing place. Those massage chairs they have are also amazing.
