5 Star experience across the board. Aesthetically very pleasing, friendly & professional service, very cute dog to boot. What takes the already very lovely experience to a 5 was my stylist Konstantin, the consultation exceeded my expectations as far as care about my needs and considerations for my hair health. With over a decade of experience it was easy to trust the recommendations made and appreciated greatly the honesty in achieving the hair goals I stepped in the door with, leaving me with realistic expectations. Most importantly I stepped out of Lustre of Pearl with healthier feeling, happier hair because of it. Can’t wait for my next appointment! Both to have my hair handled by such a professional and to enjoy the laughter and welcoming atmosphere Konstantin fostered.

Emmanuelle did my hair today! She is a kind and very sweet artist! This is hands down the best blonde colour and haircut I've ever had. The whole experience was amazing! I felt pampered, listened to and cared for. If I could give more stars I would!

Konstantin was a gem of a person who not only got me exactly where I wanted to be with my hair, while being super communicative of realistic results and expectations, but also gave me great suggestions and advice for haircare in the future. And I left feeling super beautiful! He was hilarious as well, and I had an overall wonderful experience!!

Consistently good. All staff are lovely, welcoming and easy to talk to. Great (free) parking and shop dog Atlas is always ready for a visit.

The atmosphere is really great , the place is beautiful and everyone (including Atlas, the puppy) were so welcoming and friendly.

I love lustre of pearl, it's such an amazing salon. I get my hair done regularly by Sofia since they opened. She is knowledgable and excellent at colour. I get a balayage most times, and she listens and achieves what I want done (even when I don't know how to explain it). I have had other services done as well including teeth whiting and it's all been fantastic. One of the more unique features of the salon is the curtain spaces, when my hair has to sit for a while they close up your little curtain and you just get to chill out in privacy. I love going there, everyone is very friendly, the space is beautiful and importantly, the parking is easy. Would recommend for any of their services.

I had my hair cut and styled by Autumn last week and was more than thrilled with the results. Their process is like no other. I have never been treated so well and professional. Sofia the owner gave the best advice for my hair and was an absolute pleasure to meet. I will definitely be back, because to me, there is no other hair stylist that offers the professionality that I received. They really care about your hair. Luster of Pearl is a MUST try. I highly recommend them.

Alida is AMAZING. Waxing, Manicures/Pedicures, Facials, you name it, she kills it!! I originally was only getting my brows done but now go to her for all my waxing and she has truly changed my life with my skin. I got the extraction facial (not overly enjoyable) but the results were incredible. She is friendly, knowledgeable and does amazing work! Can not recommend more. 10/10 all around!

I have been going to "Lustre of Pearl "since it opened and my stylist is Sofia however all the stylists are fantastic! It's located centrally with easy parking.The ambiance is soo attractive and service a cut above! The Best of the Best in Greater Victoria located in Langford. You will be thrilled with the expertise and many services available!

I signed up for the new client promo as I have just moved to the area. Within an hour or two or having signed up I received a phone call from Sofia to ask if there was anything I needed help with or had any questions. She listened to what I needed and was able to get me in for a lash lift/tint the same afternoon and also gave me an in-depth consultation for what I was thinking about for my hair. There was availability the next day so I was able to get my hair done right away.

Alida did my lash lift/tint. It was my first time getting this service and she explained the process very clearly and also let me know what results I could expect. She was kind, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.

My hair appointment was lengthy, but Autumn was more than up to the challenge. She was very friendly and made me feel so welcome, and on top of that my hair looks and feels AMAZING.

I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received here! I recently had my hair cut elsewhere and was unhappy with it. I went to Lustre of Pearl for the first time, had an appointment Lyric, and I can't say enough good things! The atmosphere was welcoming, and everyone was so friendly! Lyric took time to discuss what I wanted and she suggested details to make it even better. Her work was skilled, and she was lovely! I walked out with a cut I am confident wearing, and I will definitely recommend this spot to others!

I am so happy I decided to book at this salon. Everyone was so friendly from reception to the owner to my stylist. I was very impressed that there was an intake process. Emmanuelle took the time to discuss my hair goals/history and how to achieve what I wanted.

I hadn’t been to a salon in over 6 months after losing hair due to an autoimmune disease. I was scared and didn’t think any amount of styling would help. I left with the confidence I had pre-lupus, and I cannot thank this business enough.

I am moving out of town, but will be returning to this salon for all my future appointments.

Great experience at Lustre of Pearl for an eyelash tint. Not a long wait time for appointments, and when I arrived early for my appointment they took me in with no wait. Very pleased with the eyelash tint results, and the appointment was relaxing and quick!

I loved my visit! My stylist was so sweet and accommodating and gave me super cute bangs and face framing layers! And the studio is very clean and stylish, I will definitely be a regular 💛

Lustre Of Pearl is my favorite place to go for my hair services. Sofia and her staff are so incredibly professional, knowledgeable and welcoming every time you go in. I have seen Sofia for alot of my hair needs as well as Lyric who is also incredible. When I am not sure how to convey what I want, they just know exactly how to help get me to where I want with my hair goals. They equally educating and kind when they explain how things work and make it happen no matter the situation. They are REAL when it comes to certain goals, and never let you leave disappointed! I have also been there to see Alyda for brows/lash lifts and tins/manicure/pedis. She is wonderful and what she does.

Another favorite part of Lustre of Pearl is the multi services at once. I have had my teeth whitened my Erin and then my nails painted, all while my hair is sitting in foils waiting to be rinsed and blow-dried. It is such an efficient modern way of offering services and I LOVE it. In such a busy society, its so awesome getting more than one service in one sitting!

I would recommend Lustre of Pearl to anybody looking for services in the Westshore - I also drive down from Mill Bay just for my services here! Can't wait to be back. xo
