Fountain Tire

The new manager / owner is a breath of fresh air compared to the other person that used to run the place. Will be my new place to go since OK tire likes to scratch rims and take chunks outta the tire rims.

Nobody in cold lake or bonnyville could even come close to matching prices with fountain tire cold lake. Plus, they had the odd ball size I needed in stock which is rare for this town! I met the owner who took over the business a year ago and he's super friendly, helpful and keen to build his business. Keep up the great work, Matt!

I would like to say it's a great place to deal with. I went there for replacing the wheel lock nuts close to the end of the day and shop manager Matthew and his team dealt with me based on my request without any issues. Furthermore, Matthew and his team took their time to notify me with the tire side bulge and I really appreciated about the way they care their customers in terms of safety focus. Great Job Matthew and team!!

Safely arrived in Okotoks after starting my morning with a patch at 730 am in Cold Lake, brief follow up in Bonnyville, and an order for new tires made! Will be calling next week to have them put on!!! Pretty awesome tire service this week…..beginning with my landlords help!!!!

Super happy with the alignment. Fair price, friendly staff and was informed of some minor issues while the alignment was being done, all within 2 hours. Will be back!

i just got new tires and air bags installed on my truck and the customer service and price there were amazing, they did an awesome job and were very quick, thanks alot to them and there crew

Had my winter tires/rims taken off and summer tires/rims put on to my SUV. The entire staff was great to deal with, very accommodating. While I waited for the tires to be changed, they have s awesome customer lounge which was appreciated

Can’t recommend these guys enough! Matthew; the owner has helped me with issues with my command start (even though it’s not something they do) and helped get it sorted in a timely manner with warranty.

The staff went above and beyond to get me back on the road. They managed to fit me in even though they were completely booked and service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of tire services!

* First time at fountain we had excellent service on an "emergency replacement of leaky tire" while on a lengthy road trip. We purchased two tires and they were installed asap and we were off back on the highway in no time.
This time was excellent service again for a leak on the one tire purchased. We will be saving up the next month or so to purchase a full set of tires for the upcoming year. Looking forward to it

* Not necessarily the cheapest option, though there are some good deals to be had. The team there is very dedicated to ensuring everything is done correctly and safely. I feel confident that I can tell my wife, who knows almost nothing about the car, to go there when needed without any hassle. I will keep going there as long as I need tires.

I have dealt with many fountain tires in my career and they are always fantastic, and this one is no different. My boyfriend and I are in cold lake for a reunion and we came out and our tire was flat as a pancake! Thank goodness fountain tire is right next door to our hotel! We walked over, told them what was going on, and they sent a truck right over to air us up and got us in right away to get the tire fixed.
These guys are a life saver and we are so thankful.
