Several times I’ve been able to get last minute appointments, and the prices were exceptional compared to either my expectations or to other quote(s) I had received. These included tire purchases, installs or swaps, exhaust repair work, and front end steering/alignment/suspension work.

Great experience at OK tire. Welcoming staff, quick service, and fair price. Was in and out in less than an hour for a tire swap over. Will definitely be returning for any future automotive needs.

Nikki and her crew at Cold Lake location, Truly go up and above for their customers, I must honestly say that I've never met a more dedicated tire shop crew to giving customer satisfaction.

The staff were spot on for customer service and competitive prices. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else now. I felt like I was in good hands and they didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't want or need.

Staff were very accommodating near quitting time on a Saturday to repair our U-haul tire puncture. quick and painless. FYI the u-haul tires are only torqued to 50ft lbs on our 6x8 trailer which were easy to remove with a vehicle L-bar. we were back in business within 45 minutes and finished loading without delay..

I’ve gotten sets of tires here for two of my vehicles now and it’s been a great experience both times. They seem to carry a good selection of consumer report recommended tires at reasonable prices. I’ve always been able to find the exact tire I was looking for here. Also the install has been so quick. The service is great as well. Some tire shops will put you on hold forever or just make you call back later but I’ve always been able to get an immediate quote. Highly recommended!

Great service and honest pricing. Took my car in there 5 minutes to close on a -30 day in January with a flat tire. They kept the shop open after hours to accommodate me and got me back rolling. Highly recommend based on my experience.

I have used OK Tires numerous times now. Every time they are fantastic. All the staff a friendly, knowledgeable and do excellent work. Plus they offer discount to military, although rates are already as low as they come.

They have put tires on my dually, and mounted loose tires on rims for me. They were happy to beat the price of tire shops in Bonnyville and Cold Lake. On top of that, they are a friendly bunch, who were able to do the work in a timely fashion.

On a recent fishing trip to Cold Lake I broke a leaf spring on my boat trailer. The good folks at OK Tire in Cold Lake recognized the nastiness of my predicament and even though they were short handed and very busy they agreed to repair my trailer on short notice.
