Fantastic little eatery! The atmosphere is cozy and warm with a huge dash of pop shoppe nostalgia. The staff were super friendly and made our eating experience great! The food was superb and served quickly. We had deep fried pickles that were lightly battered and the roast beef with deep fried pirogies. I highly recommend this pearl by the waterfront in Cold Lake.

Nothing really can be said that is bad at Clarks! Food is always good as expected with reasonable prices and amazing portions.. Never had to really ask for anything as service was always on top of things...The 3 piece fish and chips is a more than enough size even for the hungriest. ! Very short wait but also wasnt super busy but was still prompt. And meal was just on time following our appetizers. The soups are a must try.. Always a great meal at Clarks!.

I give 5 stars. If I could give more I would. I ordered take out fish and chips outstanding. The fries are awesome and the fish is amazing.i well be back to try other things on there new menu.

My son and I stopped in for lunch finally found a place that wasnt a chain restaurant, lots of free parking we where seated immediately at the tiki side , our server showed up promptly with menus and took our drink orders , the meal was great , fresh and served with a smile , inexpensive meal with a great selection to choose from !! Washrooms were clean super cool ambience a definate must if your in the area !! Clark's was fairly busy so that has to tell you something we'll be back tomorrow.

My wife and I were very well pleased to have found a Genuine Haddock seafood restaurant. Being from the Mahone Bay/Lunenburg areas, my wife can honestly say that the Haddock is authentic and she should know, she's a 3rd generation
Commercial fishing Family, matter of fact, the Scallops that you buy in stores, are most likely from her Son and Grandson from Georgia Banks or Browns in the Atlantic Ocean.. and they are 4th and 5th generation.
We like the old building and the drive from Moose Lake is worth the trip! Can't wait to get there again today !👌

Best fish and chips in the Lakeland! Beautiful view of the lake and great service every visit. A must try when you come to Cold Lake! And don't forget to order the steamed mussels! Perfect every time!

Was visiting Cold Lake for a day and stopped in here for dinner. I was greeted right away and the lady serving was very friendly and offered some suggestions. I went with the fish and chips and it was some of the best I've ever had. The batter was light and crisp, fries were fresh and crispy, gravy was perfect, coleslaw was good. Can tell they make everything themselves. Also has a really cool nostalgic vibe, with lots of old pics and antiques. Right by the marina and I'm sure it is popular in the summer. Will definitely be back if I am ever in Cold Lake again.

We loved the experience and it was an incredible atmosphere with the dated decor. It was so nice! The staff was incredibly nice and open to conversation making you feel as if you are a part of the town community. The food itself was extremely delicious and savory. It tastes like it was made with love and brings back memories of sitting in your mother's/grandmother's kitchen having her signature meal. Definitely a great place for families but really anyone who wants to have a great meal and a great time!

Oh boy. Fantastic. First off, the staff were super friendly. Had like a grilled cheese bacon tomato sandwich, pretty darn good. But the creamy pickle soup was something else. I could eat it every meal of every day. Had a slice of lemon meringue pie, which was delicious. Well priced. You should eat here.

This past weekend my wife, son, his wife and I got together for a meal at Clark's General Store. The inviting and classic vintage ensemble of "artifacts" and atmosphere make the experience unique. Our hostess, a cheerful wonder, just amplifies the positivity of this eatery. My son and I enjoyed the cod and fries. My daughter-in-law, had a fantastic burger, and my better half, a delicious poutine. With a wonderful location right across from the marina and one of Alberta's most beautiful lakes there to enjoy, one can't go wrong. Would I recommend this stop to a friend? Without question!

Had a meal with the wife she got delicious fish and chips I got the burger special. Good food and good pricing nice atmosphere. Will go back again once it's patio weather.

One of the best resteraunts in Cold Lake with some of the richest history. Clark's dates way back when. Old style feel with amazing food and the best milkshakes and floats in town. Lots to look at inside and the patio offers an amazing view of the marina and lake. Servers are always smiling and always friendly and helpful. Hats off to the cooks. You will never be disappointed at Clark's. One of if not my favorite spot in Cold Lake.

Food and service is always excellent. we were a group of 8, easily accomodated, food was excellent, fast. unfortunately they dont have a liquor license yet, not sure if this is on purpose as it is a retro diner, with all the retro look and feel of old Cold Lake.

Stopped by for fish and chips tonight and it was delicious. The batter is very good and 2 nice sized pieces of fish. Great place.
