Lakeland Inn

Great hospitality. As an evacuee from the Fort McMurray wildfire, my husband, 2 dogs and I really appreciate the care from the staff at Lakeland Inn and El Lobo Motel.

It's was great I'll be going back there for breakfast, lunch n supper.

The staff and management at the Lakeland Inn were so helpful and accommodating during a recent event a local non-profit organization held in their large banquet room. They were very friendly, eager to help and provided a fantastic venue - with their help, the event went seamlessly and all those in attendance enjoyed themselves. I highly recommend the Lakeland Inn if you're looking for somewhere within the Cold Lake area to host an event or meeting. The location is convenient, their space is clean and they put a lot of work into setting a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere. There is an ATM on site, the food is incredible, and their staff goes above and beyond for their customers and clients!!

The Lakeland Inn banquet hall was the perfect venue to celebrate our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding. Victor and Shkendi were helpful and always available as we planned the dinner and reception. On the day of, Shkendi and staff were very professional and accommodated all of our needs down to the last detail. Everyone enjoyed the food. The dessert/fruit table was a feast for the eyes! The sliders served at the evening lunch were delicious. We highly recommend the Lakeland Inn.

A massive thank you for making our day everything we hoped for and yet so much more. This was just a 2 month preparation yet everything fell into place. A huge shoutout to our wedding coordinator provided by Lakeland Inn, Shkendi! You really gave it your all and the outcome is waaaay better than we expected. We celebrated our wedding reception at the Banquet. Originally, we only were getting half of the room but Lakeland was really kind enough to give us the entire room and a stage! We also got the Executive room for free. Weddings at Lakeland Inn are a hassle free, guaranteed! My guests who also checked in at the hotel were so amazed by Pauline and Carla, they were so accommodating and easy to deal with. Just overall friendly! Thank you, Shkendi and team for making our wedding a memorable one. We highly recommend The Lakeland Inn for any occasions and for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful lunch at Bridges Café in the Lakeland Inn. The staff was warm and welcoming. The food was delicious! We had a party of 15 seniors and the staff and manager greeted us and were very kind. Top dishes were liver and onions, fish and chips, country fried chicken. All salads were fresh to order and the coffee was nice and hot! We will be returning. :)

I was there for a Business breakfast at the Cafe. Both the food and the service was very good. The waitress was exceptional to say the least, very attentive.

I had the opportunity to stay for 3 weeks with a group of 19. The staff and management took care of all our needs with such class, a level of professionalism and customer service that is impossible to find in this industry.. Each and every guest in our group were treated like VIPs. Restaurant service and food was exceptional.. Highly recommend to anyone with a large work group who cares about the comfort and treatment of there Employees..

Rooms were clean, modern, front desk was awesome, especially Pauline. We had a wedding, our bartender, Veronica was amazing and she also served us at breakfast, with a smile and great personality.

Staff and service here were fantastic! They went above and beyond to make sure that our group was well taken care of. Professional, polite and helpful! Food was the hit of the night! Thank you for everything.

great mattress,bedding and pillows, clean and quiet.
rooms are modern inside, fridge worked, tv worked. no movie channel. wifi worked well. no pool. close to amenities.

The staff was warm and very accommodating. The banquet facilities and food were excellent for the wedding that we attended. The breakfast the following morning was excellent again!. Very comfortable beds and the rooms were clean and well stocked. I would stay there again! Well done Lakeland Inn!!!

I did not stay in the INN but I do frequent their restaurant attached to it. Fantastic food every time and the price is fair as well. I honestly wish the place was more busy with the quality of their cooking, seems unfair to me.

One of the longest running hotels in the area offering a nice diner for breakfasts and restaurant for more romantic dinning options. Not a chain hotel but quaint local spot. The brunch poutine is one of the best breakfast options in the Lakeland. Great to hold Group events and meetings too.

From the moment I arrive to the moment I left the staff were extremely courteous helpful friendly and compassionate the quality of the rooms was good everything was clean and very spacious thank you so much everyone

This is your "good ole honest coffee shop" it has simple but delicious food, no gimmicks, no fancy stuff, just good service combined with good food.

spaghetti seemed home made, with chunks of carrots and we even found a whole bayleaf!

Fries were excellent, they didn't look home made but they definitely seasoned, fried them again(they were wonderfully crunchy and golden brown) and made them their own 10/10 on the fries!

Service was with a smile and prompt, Haydee (our host) was personable and friendly.

All in all if you just want good food with good service this is the only "american" restaurant in Cold lake that fulfills that.

Note - it is a hotel restaurant so prices are a tad bit high, but worth it!

Spacious and clean rooms with comfy beds. Free wifi at a decent speed. Free continental breakfast with a menu that offers good choices. No Frills across the street. 10 min walk from Hamel's meats, Original Joe's and Subway.

I am having my wedding there and I have to say I am very happy with everything he is planning to help out and not to mention giving me some stuff like the red carpet and the runners for free victor is a really great person if you wanna stay anywhere in cold lake or even host a event I strongly suggest going to the lakeland inn.

I had a fantastic stay. The food in the coffee shop was delishish and the pool was fun. All under the same roof. Didnt have to go anywhere. While i was there , i had a little accident and the staff and owner were positivly the best. Stacie stayed with me the whole timr while rushing me to Emergency. She made me feel safe and took great care of me. They also checked in on me later in the day after returning back to my room. I thank them from the bottom of my heart.! I look forward to staying again in the future at the Lakeland. There service was awesome. Oh, and the beds are also very comfortable. The rooms were very clean. Thanks again!!

Victor and his staff did a wonderful job with our event. The set up was beautiful and the food was fabulous!
