Didn’t have a clue what to design for my wife’s birthday. The owner asked a very few questions and then said “leave it to me”…which I did. See the picture for my words do not do it justice nor the reaction by my wife.

Excellent service

Incredibly rude customer service for the second time.
Told me my idea was silly, and then tried to overcharge on my two arrangements - the same arrangements she picked out for my budget with me in person just minutes before. When I told her that I had to stick to the budget we discussed, she gave me a sermon on how expensive it is to run a business and that everything cost so much more than before. I told her I understood but that she agreed to a price already. She was annoyed with me to say the least, and made the in store interaction very uncomfortable. She refused to remove some flowers, and finally in a huff reduced her price.
I left knowing I will never support this business again. What an aweful place to shop.

Ordered flowers for my sisters birthday. Ordered one bouquet on their site but found out they don't make it.. got a call to say e will make a different one for same dollar value. What a joke that was. It was super small and NOT worth the original price. Called to complain and the lady was super rude. No refund just a rude woman.

The owner is very rude and judgy. Ordered online and didn’t get what I bought. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Horrible customer service; charged for items that were not delivered and owner hung up on me when I called to discuss.
