Been along time since I’ve been here but very much enjoyed a lunch with my sister & friend here today ~ A-Plus all the way around !

It is very beautiful and cozy place to go with your wife or your friends. It is not big place, so it is better to order table (if you go in the evening). Prices are affordable for drinks and food. Very nice quality of dishes. Salmon was unbelievable! When you make your order of the main dish, it comes with some included options (fries, salad etc.) into the price, which was very nice. I definitely recommend it! And I will go there next time for sure!

Excellent service and the most delicious food. Friday night at 6:30 it was a full house so we had a bit of a long wait but in the end we were seated and our drink orders were fulfilled promptly , followed by our food.
I ordered the fish and chips and it was the best battered fish I have eaten in a long time…not to mention the delicious onion rings that my daughter ordered along with her famous Rose burger. All good, and we’ll be back every Friday!

Great lunch. Food was over the top. Who thought a tuna melt could be so good. Large chunk of smoked tuna. Lovely!! Service was great. We were able to sit outside on their patio. Nice environment.

My husband took me for our first date to the Rose and it has become our fav pub/restaurant in Langford. The food almost never fails us. We tried every item in the menus and haven't found something that we don't like. The service is good but there are times we wait pretty long because they are so busy. Will definitely come back for more

Classic local pub with upgraded food and service. It’s our new local and we highly recommend to every one. The sticky toffee pudding was delicious after the beef short rib sandwich. Fried are good, beer is great and service always comes with a smile.

My recent experience on July 21, 2023 was great. In fact, everytime I go to the Rose it's great. But this last time was extra awesome. Our server was so nice and helpful. Too bad I didn't catch her name, she is someone younger server's could learn from. Our food was delicious! I had the seafood chowder which was filled with a lot of seafood. My partner has the sticky ribs. They were amazing!

Amazing food, great prices, excellent service, and great atmosphere. The owners have done excellent work fixing up this property.

The food is absolutely amazing. Their daily features are always delicious. I've never had a disappointing meal there. Service is great. The backyard is beautiful! I wish they'd bring back the tents or umbrellas though in this heat!!

Great people, decent food, and ambiance- an unexpected treasure. I should say it’s terrible so that I can get a seat the next time, but is actually probably best in the CRD.

Ok so I met this guy who said he worked here a few days ago. It’s really close to my new house so I stopped in after work, and ordered take for us…I had the Black and Blue burger and it wad definitely not diary free, it was very good. The onion rings were perfect too.My fiancé had a #diary free version of the Bahn me chicken burger and it was amazing! The jalapeño, cilantro and slaw was delicious with the chicken. Also the fries were fantastic!!

This place NEVER misses, I drive in from Victoria when I feel like treating myself to good pub food and drinks and the environment is dimly lit (I like it). I've tried the chicken strips and fries, mac and cheese, and pretzels and they've all been the best!

Had the Beef Dip and a pint of Padio Lanterns from Sooke Oceanside brewery. GF had the Wings. Great dinner !! Solid service as well !!

This is a 5/5 rating especially for the sticky toffee pudding. You have to try it to believe it! And Prosecco on tap, what else do you need? 😊
