I have had only the best experiences here; with service, products and prices. I recently purchased a new amp, and multiple items for my drum kit. The salesman was very knowledgeable, and explained the products.

The staff were excellent. We were working with a musician in a sales role instead of a sales person in a music store. The difference was amazing as it was relaxed, informative from personal experience and we left confident in our purchase. Great job Colton.

The staff I dealt with were extremely helpful and friendly. I have bought some bigger ticket items here and will definitely be returning for all my music needs. Unlike some bigger music store chains, where the staff can often seem a little snotty, these folks were happy to to help me, and we're able to tell me if they had or didn't have exactly what I was looking for. They weren't willing to sell me the wrong piece of equipment just to turn a buck.

Excellent customer service! Extremely knowledgeable staff that play a lot! They know exactly what they are talking about because they have seen it. They will set you up whether you are a beginner or about to head out on tour. Awesome guitars, amps an accessories. Definitely check this place out.

They restored the guitar from being old to look like a brand new. This guy's here got the knowledge to fix any instrument problems. Cheers guys!
