My Husband and I had a great experience with using Liberty Tax. He was so knowledgeable and worked very quickly. When we didn't understand something he did not hesitate to explain things to us. We have told all our family and friends abut him and would defiantly recommend him and the Liberty Tax team.

Took it upon himself to file taxes I didn't ask to be done,wasn't transparent with the charges for each year I had paid(Showed me the full return amount but not the price per filing.He did taxes from when I was 16/17/18 that resulted in a $30 return but charged me $80 per year to do them.Issue was rectified after I explained that I filed a dispute with the bank and what he did was against consumer protection law and recieved my $240 back.

Too expensive for what we received. Compared to liberty tax in grande prairie in 2020 didn't receive any paper break down of what they did .will never go back to them n will tell people not to go there ..not impressed
