Lots of space to navigate and current season items in stock. Various appliancesnin store as well (stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer)

Me and my husband we are doing some renovations in our house,this work new for us but here in Canada to hire someone it's very expensive,so we went there and asked the workers there and they are very helpful and friendly.and we found every thing we need to use in our work,so I recommend home hardware for everyone.

great friendly location. i had a few returns and lost the receipt for some stuff and 2 ladies at the front went out of their way to track down the receipt. then i talked to another guy at the back counter and he went out of his way to get me a discount on some damaged items. you wont go wrong shopping here

A man named Rod helped me get some lost Aeroplan points. I came in yesterday and bought about $150 worth of product but no one told me that I can collect points until Rod asked me today. It was quick and easy for him to pull me up and get me my points! Thanks for going the extra step my dude.

Amazing customer service! The man who cut a few keys for us at the customer service desk was extremely helpful, polite and informative. Helped us find everything we needed and was incredibly patient. The best customer service I’ve seen in a long time.

Customer Service doesn’t exist like this anymore I swear! But I was in Homehardwares paint aisle and I had no clue where to begin for my projects. Luckily there was a young lady at the counter who immediately saw me, and had a beaming smile. Genuinely looked happy to be there which was refreshing to say the least!! She walked me through step by step, exactly what I needed to do my project in my kitchen. I’ve never met anyone who was so willing to help me out and patient with every question I asked. She never talked down to me, or made me feel bad for not knowing which is always my experience at other paint stores. Just was patient and had no problem explaining. Andrea is so knowledgable about her department and awesome!!! I’ll never go anywhere else for paint and neither should you. I would give her 10 stars if I could!!

Life Hack. If life gets difficult and you just want to dissappear, visit Home Hardware. Not a soul will bother you here and you will be officially invisible.
