Justice was a pleasure to deal with as he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure to acknowledge the sales items first. Although we went a different route, it was refreshing to have someone acknowledge something else than the most expensive product. Both the variety they carry and the price points were pleasantly surprising, with the store layout being inviting. They're also mindful of customers wanting to take advantage of online shopping more than ever right now with a well laid out website.

EDIT: Lucas, the president of the company, has made this right for me and is issuing a correction for the incorrect ad. Props to him for being a professional about it and not making excuses.
I'll be back to shop with them just because of him.

Me and every single one of the customers on their mailing list got a flyer as a text message. Obviously, a person would assume that this flyer was for today. Instead, the flyer was from a week ago. At no time did they offer to match those prices, or offer alternatives. The guy in front of me was also referring to the same flyer, and the employees had absolutely no clue that the wrong one had been sent out. All of this was after I drove across town from the Giant Tiger location because on their advertising it's pretty poorly communicated which location the flyers are for. Frankly, I don't understand why you would have different flyers for the same store in the same city. I will never come back here. I like to support local, but if this is the kind of thing I can expect from them, they've lost my business for good.

In the photos below, you can see that I got the text today, January 7th. Obviously December is over, but one would assume that a flyer they were sent would be valid on that day, hence why I didn't even look at the date. The employee at the first store that I went to commented to me that this exact same situation (wanting items that were not available at that location) had happened three times already today. Obviously I was not the only person who found this confusing. Get it together.

Staff is awesome!!! Very knowledgable in the products they sell. The store is always clean and quiet like a pharmacy but very friendly and welcoming like a corner coffee shop. Staff is always prepared to answer any questions that patrons have, and very willing to take suggestions on items and products they sell.

Hands down one of the best shops I've been too, they are always helpful and the products are amazing! Staff is always friendly and on point, thanks for the great experiences!!

The store has a very welcoming feel to it. One of the owners was there when I went in and he was very kind and professional. They currently have only accessories for sale but considering the huge shortage of cannabis this is hardly their fault. Looking forward to shopping here when retailers can actually get product from the AGLC.

I had an Absolute and Amazing experience with Amber. I went looking for some products and she provided expertise knowledge and recommendations and they were all out of the park! 10/10!

Always very helpful when I'm looking to buy for my boyfriend. He doesn't always tell me exactly what he wants, but the recommendations from the folks that work here typically don't get complaints from him. (He can be picky sometimes)

The store isn't even open yet and has been freshly constructed, so some of the negative reviews are obviously just trolls. The inside of this store is beautiful - very clean and professional looking and the atmosphere is amazing. I highly recommend!

I'd also like to point out that this company was the only cannabis one to attend the GP Woman's Show that I saw, has provided lectures at the local college (GPRC) on cannabis, and maintains a professional aura in the local cannabis community. For some this won't matter, but I always like to see that the people behind a business are active and positive forces in the community.

I love the location it's the best one in town only one that would come close would be its sister store

Like me and my wife right after getting married went in there wedding gown and all, that's how great this store is, or I'm just a stoner anyway the points this store is great the employees know what they are doing are willing to help out, like one of favorite things to do is just ask them to "give a random joint, no need to give details just toss er in" and about it always was a great treat!

I love this place, as some one who deals with chronic nerve pain and needs good and easy access to products. I can check out there flyer online and then order online. It's never been more then 20 minutes for them to confirm to. They have tons of knowledge, it would be a dream to work here even as a security guard🤣🤣🤘

Store not open yet but I attended a lecture put on by the city and owner of this store. He is polite, professional and a Grande Prairie local. Definitely check his store out when open and shop local.

Overall thier the best store I've seen in town always friendly staff who are helpful and good products at fair prices.
