Delta Hotels by Marriott Quebec

We had a lovely and very comfortable visit at the Delta during a quick trip to Quebec City.

The renovations did cause some confusion on our part for navigating parking and getting in and out of the hotel, but we did receive information ahead of time that was meant to help with that and staff were always available and happy to answer our questions.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the restaurant both mornings and a late checkout thanks to my Bonvoy status and our room had a beautiful view of the city.

The staff was friendly and welcoming - it was obvious they were doing their best despite all the renovation chaos! We certainly would not suggest people stay elsewhere just because of the renovations.

We’d come back in a heartbeat for the location alone - super close to everything we needed and wanted.

The hotel lobby underwent renovation some time ago and is pretty good. There’s still construction happening outside that restricts entry to a narrow passage but that’s a minor inconvenience. Staff is polite and helpful. Location is excellent, walking distance to the Old Town.

Despite the ongoing renovations, my stay here was more than acceptable. I’ve never had a better shower in my 52 years of life! The pressure of the rain shower and handheld shower head was nothing less than amazing. I even went to reception to ask what the secret was haha! The cleaning staff went above and beyond. My room had a fantastic view of the fall foliage below. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Great location, accessible to a large number of restaurants and closed to Old Quebec City. Staff are very friendly, rooms are fine, no complaints whatsoever.

Lovely clean rooms, with comfortable beds, breakfast was extra and very expensive however delicious. Housekeeping would only give us 3 towels at a time, we were traveling with kids and needed more. We booked with Expedia so we had free parking underground. Normally it would be an extra $25 a day. Hotel was under construction at the time, it will be beautiful when completed. They had a good system to deal with their guests even though their front entrance was under construction. Kids were disappointed the outdoor pool was shut down on the last day, they had too many chemicals in the pool and couldn’t open. However the first two days of our stay the pool was very nice, clean and super warm.

I was at another Hotel nearby earlier, and i got stranded in Quebec due to Hurricane Lee. Great, great staff, i am not used to such service. Breakfast was very good and i was well looked after by the extremely capable Manager/Supervisor ( What surprised me was 2 Americans were puzzled as to why they were stranded there, umm i knew the previous day nothing in or out of Halifax ALL DAY) .
If someone from the hotel/marriot can help me log in , because the membership card i was given did not work, was tried several times, tried with my email but i had no temp password to give the app so that was out too, Anyway i will be back with my friend next September for 2 nights . See you September 2024, be coming from the nearby VIA Station by taxi .

Great place to stay during Quebec Comiccon! Staff very friendly and good at their job. Rooms leave a little to be desired. Le Bistro has great food.

If you're looking for a place to stay in the city center of Quebec, this hotel might just be for you. The hotel provides large and spacious rooms with stunning views, though the rooms do lack a safe. Plus, it's conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and bars - perfect for a night out on the town.

The hotel offers a range of amenities, including an exercise room, sauna, heated outdoor pool, and even a business center. There's also a bar and restaurant on-site, but I'd recommend hitting the town for something a bit more authentic.

One thing to note - there's no breakfast included, even for Bonvoy gold members. But with all the nearby dining options, you're sure to find something to satisfy your morning hunger pangs. Overall, this hotel offers a great location and comfortable accommodations.

Standard Delta hotel but all the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Very convenient location as a tourist as well. :)

Arrived late at night after leaving another hotel. The staff were amazing. She made sure we were well set up, got checked in quickly, even helped us out for breakfast.
The room was clean, well stocked, and exactly what one would expect from an elite hotel.
Breakfast was yummy and area was very clean and well lit.
Will be the hotel we go to anytime we come to Quebec city.
Worth every penny.

Nice hotel in a great location in Quebec. Under renovations so no lounge available for elite members. Still it's location is great if going to the Congress Centre.

There were a lot of tiny areas that could do with some cosmetic touch-up but not enough to lower the feeling of the place. I probably only noticed because I'm doing home Reno's myself.

Staff were fantastic and it's a 5 minute walk to any food you want. Great spot.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Fanny and Daniel from the front desk were genuinely wonderful, and I'm so thankful for the lady whose name I didn't catch for telling me about the fireworks show in town on Thursdays - it was a highlight of my trip. A really great stay in close proximity to everything important to me.

Very good clean and great location. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good on all days! Good variety to choose from although limited due to the pandemic. Generous portions. We extended our stay and got a good deal as well. We will definitely come back here. Parking is free too. Highly recommend it. We had a fantastic view and a great vacation. Quebec City is beautiful. Rooms are clean and equipped, just a tad bit small. It's a 15 minutes walk to Old Quebec, but the walking route is also scenic.

My visit was a couple of years ago, and I still have fond reconnaissance. Yes, a bit dated layout but I found the service excellent. Remember, this hotel is in a location good for the provincial offices but slightly less convenient for "Olde Quebec" tourism. For me, it was the people and the service that made this stay 5*'s!

After someone fumbled my check-in, I mentioned it, and the Manager acknowledged the problem, corrected it quite nicely, and even went above/beyond with my favorite soft drink! Room and shower were excellent. Restaurant was good++. Moreover, the front desk called a taxi at 6:50am when I was trying to catch the train back to Montreal after an Uber stood-me-up. This "little thing" prevented a wasted day of travel and I was supremely grateful.

This is my designated hotel when in Quebec City. Friendly and helpful staff! Excellent location close to many amazing local attractions! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable! The restaurant Bistro was just located at the lobby 3 floor and has excellent service and delicious food and breakfast as well. Highly recommended!
