Clean, newer location. I tried the no bun option for my burger, they used fresh hard lettuce so was easier to hold, I have had before where it's softer lettuce and messier to eat, helpful for healthier options.

I am a daily senior customer and cannot say enough good things about all the staff One in particular - Vholets - goes out of her way to accommodate me which I really appreciate 👍

Nice fast food restaurant with friendly staff. I usually go there for breakfast on Saturday and I have never been disappointed.

It's easily accessible from 100 street and it's very close to the Prairie Mall and Super Store.

Amy was such a sweet heart! Amazing customer service and she is absolutely hilarious! I always look forward to seeing her during my late night A&W runs!

In Grand Prairie they now have the bathroom locked. You must ask to be buzzed in. How times have changed. Pan handlers simply come in asking for change in this one location.

My boyfriend and I were in Grande Prairie over Christmas time and we decided to stop at A &W to grab a burger as I know they do lettuce wrapped burgers. I am allergic to wheat so I can't eat the traditional buns they use. We came in and the place was super clean and they scanned our vaccination QR codes as soon as we came in. The Supervisor was super nice she helped us at the till. My burger accidentally came out with cheese on it so they fixed that right away. Very impressed with the quality of food at this location and the people, I give praise to the supervisor as she was friendly, polite and very informative about their allergen list.

Best A&W I have ever been to, staff was very friendly and very clean. Lots of merchandise too!

When you walk in first thing you see is that the place is clean. The open space that tells you, "maybe I should stay and eat". I loved the Hello when I first walked in. The cashier was patient when waiting to take my order. Then when I finished she suggested some things I should try as well. I appreciate it being at the end. Thank you.
When I got my meal everything was perfect. It was hot and was well presented on the tray. I loved the fact they are using paper biodegradable straws! Good job A&W. You're the first I've seen so far!
When I sat at the table it was clean, no streak marks of water. Nothing. Just clean. I proceeded to finish my food. Then I went into the washrooms. Those washrooms were excellent. Clean af!
I give my stars because if the service, the cleanliness, the service, the food and if the washrooms if clean. Good job guys! Definitely will visit again soon. 👍

Honestly I come here quite often after work! And there is this lady that runs the night shift normally! She absolutely awesome! I never once had a order from her that's wrong! Always get what I ask for. And she puts up with alot drunk people! This is the best one in town by far!

Very nice connecting with family and having a healthier alternative fast food

Fast service , very clean, not usually a fast food fan but when I need to. I go to A&W their meat in the burger seems very good. They say no antibiotics in their beef so that's a positive. People have said they use to have car hops where they bring the food to you on a tray and you eat it in your car. Seen that in old movies where the servers were on roller skates. That would be an interesting experience. With the way they designed their parking lot this one seems it was a possibility it might have happened.

Always go through at all hours of the day, but the night staff does an especially good job! Night staff, Ive never had a missed order, always a good sense of humor, keeps it professional, and they are always quick while making it fresh!

A&W is an iconic restaurant in Canada. Grand Prairie is no different. If you like fresh made burgers, this is the place. The quality of the menu is legendary. The staff are very friendly. The drive through is quick and efficient as is the main restaurant. Wheelchair accessible. Child Friendly. Not licensed.
