I love going to GG's for breakfast.This restaurant is very clean, the food is super fresh and cooked to perfection and service is fast, friendly and accommodating.
We also ordered some baked goods ahead the day before to take home ... Home baked bread, butter tarts and a cherry pie... All oh so GOOD... It's like bringing a taste of childhood home!

A rare gem within a rare gem of an island, will come back without a doubt. Fantastic food, excellent staff, great great place.

My wife and I truly enjoy every meal we have at GG's Restaurant. A friendly atmosphere with home-cooked meals.
A very comfortable home environment.
Today we had eggs Benedict that was offered as one of the specials.
It was excellent and not something we have seen on the menu of other restaurants on the Manitoulin.
We can highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who may be in the area.

The atmosphere is lovely. We were a large group, served efficiently. The owners Tara and Nick are great and accommodating.
Someone at our table had an issue with their dessert and they corrected it immediately.
Overall we had an excellent time.

First of all I wanna say the staff was amazing and super accommodating to my autistic son who likes to run around and can be loud. They also served his favourite food plus were able to get hi to try meatless Nuggets which I was super surprised by. The waiting staff was incredible as they were very time efficient and working so hard. We will be back again, thank you so much!!

This place is a gem! Food was perfect and not just your typical burger and fries. This place had items you really can't get anywhere else on the island.

Amazing food! So many exciting new options. Service is fabulous, always feel comfortable and at home. You gotta try the burnt ends poutine it's so delicious!

We were there tonight with a group of 5... amazing food.. great service.. food was brought out and delivered to the ladies first.. proper old school etiquette that I appreciate... Apps, meals and desserts.. everything was perfect.. we will be back and bringing friends..

Went for supper tonight and had the best meal we have had in years. All 5 of us couldn’t stop talking about how great it was! We highly recommend this restaurant and their amazing homemade food!!!

Cleaner than all the other restaurants we have visited on Manitoulin - AMAZING service, food and the pastry is UNBELIEVABLE. Visit GG's and the friendly owners will make sure you leave satisfied. Can't miss this Gem!

Not fancy. Waitstaff were awesome. People were really nice. Super clean. Good sized menu. Good place to take a break.

Lovely restaurant with great food and hospitality! Fantastic fish and chips. We really enjoy all the menu items and the deserts are something to write home about! If you’re so lucky to be in the neighbourhood do stop in.

Locally owned by a wonderful lady and her daughter. The cook is a great and his standards are awesome. The volume of customers will tell the tale. The wait for service is a great indication of how much the community loves this restaurant and family business. I have never been disappointed with the great home cooking not to mention Joyce's fantastic baking

The fish was great! The batter was light and crisp, and large pieces, just a bit greasy - could've dripped for a few more seconds.
The lady running to bus, serve and take orders was ultra pleasant and welcoming.

We had a fantastic meal here on a quiet Sunday evening. Wonderful service, and incredible home made food. We will definitely be back in the summer!!!

Stopped in for lunch with some friends. Quite impressed with the overall experience.

Ate here a couple of weeks ago. Service was excellent. Even though they were busy we didn't have to wait too long. The food was great. One of the best, if not the best, hot Turkey sandwiches I have ever had.

This restaurant is a great simple family diner. Definitely a place to stop for lunch or supper. Wish they would expand their hours and include a good breakfast. Will be back again. Prices are reasonable.
