Dinner & a view. It was my husband & I first time visiting Gore Bay. We are so glad we decided to stop & have dinner. He ordered the rainbow trout (loved it) & I ordered the Chicken Fettuccini (delicious - chicken was moist - wish I could have unlimited garlic bread). We shared an app (BBQ Chicken Flatbread) also, delicious. A must stop if you happen to travel to Gore Bay.

We found this gem by accident. I am glad our GPS made us take the right, not a left!

The Gorebay view from the patio or dining room was beautiful.

The esthetics of the restaurant were cozy and clean. We actually enjoyed having a place with no T.V., made the kids focus with their dinner, and interacted with table conversations.

The waitress who greeted and served us was polite, amazing with the kids, and very informative with the menu and beer selections.

Portions for kids were fair sized and got leftovers for lunches.
The homemade cream of mushroom soup was excellent. My picky eater had a few spoonfuls of it and loved it.

Overall, the dining experience was great. We definitely will be returning and recommending.

I thought it was a really good place to eat at. I came here roughly around 3 or earlier and the water was free. Also the liver and onions are great, it works well with the Greek salad. For atmosphere I recommend they can add an old style television playing old TV shows like bonanza, Sergeant Preston of the Yukon, Rawhide or Due South. But if they don't want to do that it's fine. I also like the cheap prices, it's not often in many places where you can get a large salad and good sized fried liver for under 20$. So in a nutshell I think this place is actually really good and you should try and eat here.

During our two-month stay on Manitoulin Island in the winter, my partner and I had the pleasure of trying out many of the island's dining options. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience at this restaurant in Gore Bay. We tried their pulled pork and burgers, and they were some of the best we've had in a long time. The meat was perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful, and the buns were fresh and soft.

The service was also very friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. We appreciated the effort the staff put into creating a welcoming environment for their customers. Overall, we highly recommend this spot if you're looking for great food and a comfortable dining experience on Manitoulin Island.

A great experience. Beverley was the highlight - friendly/funny, knowledgeable, as attentive as she could be with only two servers and an almost full house. Great setting, looking out over the bay. About a 15' walk from the marina. Food good too.

Beverly was our server and she’s fantastic! So funny, on top of everything, and she knows the menu well. The food was also delicious and it’s right on the water which is a bonus. Great experience :)

Bev was amazing. My family was here this morning. I spoke with Bev about the cleanliness of the men's rest rooms. Top notch. I said in all of my life I have never seen a public rest room as spotless as theirs. Great job Watersedge Pub.

This is a brilliant venue in Gore Bay. The food is wonderful, with a good selection of traditional meals. I was there with a group of 40+ people and the management allowed us to rent the entire location for our event and offered an extremely reasonable fee per person to cater our entire group.

First time at this location. Great atmosphere, clean, pleasant waitress, and tasty food. I ordered their Reuben sandwich with a poutine. Presentation was amazing, and the food was hot and fresh. I appreciated their home cut fries. I would return.

Great food and wonderful staff. They were very accommodating with our large group and we’re extra nice to all the kids. Would highly recommend.

wonderful Restaurant. Been there three times now. Best place to eat in Gore Bay Hands down. Super staff. Great food and good value unlike other restaurants in town. They will be open all year and we will be back.

Wow! The meal and service were wonderful. Every bite of our Apple Pecan crusted fresh Rainbow Trout was incredible.

Watersedge Pub and Restaurant is the best thing that's happened to the Gore Bay culinary scene. Delicious food, reasonable prices, excellent and friendly service, and the best view! My family and I highly recommend it.

First experience at the restaurant, and right away was a greeted by a friendly host/waiter named Aiden. He was very attentive to our table. And the food was extremely delicious

My son had the fish with almonds on top with fries and it was the best dish he has ever had.

I had a wonderful experience dining at this restaurant. The food is excellent, price is good, very nice atmosphere and the waiter, Aiden, made it a very pleasant evening. I highly recommend this restaurant.
